Production

The Production module defines what a product is made from (bill of materials) and where and how it is produced (work center, routing); it plans requirements (MRP, planned order) and executes production (production order, material consumption, operation confirmation, production output). Products manufactured with the values the customer selects use a single super BOM and super routing; lines and operations are selected by rules: Conditions and formulas.

End-to-end flows:

• Order to production — sales order for a configurable product → Üretim Emri Aç (Open Production Order) → sub-orders → consumption, confirmation, output → delivery.
• Make to stock — forecast and stock level → MRP → planned order → production order → stock.

Consumption, output and correction screens have no separate leaf in the menu; they are opened from the order details. The characteristics and rules of a configurable product are on the Yapılandırma (Configuration) tab of the item in Ana Veriler › Ürünler › Ürün Ana Verileri (Master Data › Products › Product Master Data): Configurable products.

Links between documents

An order opened from a sales order is linked to the sales order and its line; the order appears in the sales order details under Bağlantılı Belgeler (Related Documents), and the sales order appears in the order header. A sub-order is linked to the requirement line of its parent order. An order converted from a planned order carries the planned order's number. Consumption (MS-…), confirmation (TYD-…) and output (UC-…) documents are listed on the order's tabs.
