Production orders
A production order is a work order that states with which BOM revision and in what quantity a product is to be produced. The order is created as a draft; when it is released, its material requirements and operations are frozen; then material is consumed on the shop floor, operations are confirmed, the finished product enters stock as output, the order is completed and, finally, closed for good.

The order status is not derived from the quantity produced. Even if the full planned quantity is produced, the order does not automatically become Tamamlandı (Completed); completion is a separate command. Conversely, an order that falls short of the plan can also be completed.

- The Ara (Search), İş Merkezi (Work Center) and Durum (Status) filters narrow the list.
- Yeni Üretim Emri (New Production Order) creates an order from a BOM: Create a production order.
- Ağaçsız Emir (Order Without BOM) creates an order for an item that has no BOM; you enter the components yourself, and the components are not scaled when the quantity changes.
- You can select draft orders in the list and release them in bulk with Yayınla (Release). The other lifecycle commands are not in the list; they are performed in the order details.
Statuses and available actions
The step line at the top of the order shows the sequence Taslak → Yayınlandı → Üretimde → Tamamlandı → Kapatıldı (Draft → Released → In Production → Completed → Closed) and the date of each step. İptal (Cancelled) is a separate end state.

- There is no button that moves an order from Yayınlandı (Released) to Üretimde (In Production): the order becomes Üretimde automatically with the first consumption, output or confirmation.
- Tamamla (Complete) is shown only on an order in Üretimde status for which at least one output and at least one material consumption have been posted. If there is output but no consumption, the button is replaced by "Tamamlamak için en az bir malzeme sarfı gerekir." (At least one material consumption is required to complete.) Incomplete consumption (falling short of the plan) does not prevent completion.
- If the order has an open failed backflush, the server rejects completion: first retry it or close it with a reason on the Failed backflushes screen.
- İptal Et (Cancel) is available on draft, released and in-production orders; if there is consumption or output that has not been reversed, the server rejects it — make a correction first.
- Buttons are shown according to permissions: lifecycle commands require
erp-manufacturing-orders.edit, and consumption/output/confirmation requireerp-manufacturing-postings.create; neither includes the other.

The header shows the order number, status badge, output item and revision. If the order was opened from a sales order, the line Satış siparişi SS-… · müşteri (stok tahsisli) (Sales order SS-… · customer (stock allocated)) appears below it: when the output enters stock, it is allocated to that sales order item and cannot be shipped on another document.

How the requirement quantity is calculated
Requirement = BOM line quantity × (planned quantity ÷ base output quantity of the BOM) × (1 + component scrap / 100), rounded up to the decimal precision of the unit. Example: on UE-2026-000001, 3 ADET (pieces) of MAM-0010 were planned; the BOM has HAM-0030 18 KG with 5% scrap → 18 × 3 × 1.05 = 56.7 KG. For a configurable product, only the lines whose condition is met are included and formula quantities are calculated: Conditions.
