Planned orders

A planned order is a proposal for a produced item: "this quantity should be produced between these dates". The MRP run writes the proposal for a produced item as a planned order; a planner can also create planned orders manually. A planned order does not post stock and does not go through the posting period check; production starts only once it is converted to a production order.

Filters: Ara (Search; planned order no. or material), Durum (Status), Sabit (Firmed; Tümü · Sabit · Sabit değil, All · Firmed · Not firmed). The row's İşlemler (Actions) menu has Planlı Emri Aç (Open Planned Order) and history.

Bulk conversion: tick the boxes at the start of open planned orders and click Üretim Emrine Dönüştür (Convert to Production Order) in the toolbar (at most 50). Each order is converted in its own transaction; a rejected order stays open, and the result window shows the result and reason for each order.

If an action is attempted on a closed order, the server rejects it: "Yalnız açık planlı emir değiştirilir." (Only an open planned order can be changed.), "Yalnız açık planlı emir sabitlenir." (Only an open planned order can be firmed.), "Yalnız açık planlı emir iptal edilir." (Only an open planned order can be cancelled.), "Yalnız açık planlı emir üretim emrine dönüştürülür." (Only an open planned order can be converted to a production order.)

The details show Durum (Status), Malzeme (Material), Miktar (Quantity), Kaynak (Source; MRP koşusu / Elle açıldı — MRP run / Created manually), Başlangıç (Start), Bitiş (End), Sabit (Firmed; by whom, when), Oluşturan (Created By), Satış siparişi (Sales order; "Dönüşümde üretim emrine bağ olarak geçer" — passed to the production order as a link on conversion), Üretim emri (Production order) if converted, and İptal (Cancellation; reason and time) if cancelled.

Bileşen Önizlemesi (Component Preview) uses the same calculation as the requirements that will be frozen at release after conversion: from the item's most recently published BOM, including scrap and rounding, in the base unit. If it cannot be calculated, the server's reason is shown: "Bileşenler hesaplanamadı — başlangıç gününde geçerli üretim ağacı ya da miktara uyan alternatif yok, kart yapılandırılabilir ya da birim çevrimi eksik." (Components could not be calculated — there is no production BOM valid on the start date or no alternative matching the quantity, the item is configurable, or a unit conversion is missing.)

Validation: quantity greater than zero ("Planlı emir miktarı sıfırdan büyük olmalıdır." — The planned order quantity must be greater than zero.), the decimal limit of the unit (in the form "'ADET' birimi en fazla 0 ondalık kabul eder." — The unit 'ADET' accepts at most 0 decimals.), the start cannot be after the end ("Başlangıç bitişten sonra olamaz." — The start cannot be after the end.), a reason is required for cancellation ("İptal gerekçesi zorunludur." — A cancellation reason is required.). If the order was changed by someone else in the meantime: "Planlı emir bu arada değişti — sayfayı yenileyip yeniden deneyin." The Planlı Emir Aç (Open Planned Order) window in the list header: Ürün (Product; produced items only; a configurable product is produced from a configured sales order line), Miktar (Quantity; base unit), Bitiş (End; required), Başlangıç (Start; if left blank, end − the product's lead time; if no lead time is defined, the end date). Planlı Emri Aç (Open Planned Order) opens the order and takes you to its page. A manually created planned order counts as supply; MRP does not cancel and rebuild it.

Cases the server rejects: "'KOD' pasif — pasif kart için planlı emir açılamaz." ('KOD' is inactive — a planned order cannot be opened for an inactive item.), "'KOD' üretilen stok kartı değil — planlı emir açılamaz." ('KOD' is not a produced stock item — a planned order cannot be opened.), "'KOD' yapılandırılabilir kart — üretim yalnız yapılandırılmış bir satış siparişi satırından açılır." ('KOD' is a configurable item — production can be opened only from a configured sales order line.)
