Capacity planning
Capacity planning shows how heavily work centers are loaded and arranges the day on which operations are performed. There are three screens:
| Screen | Question | Does it write? |
|---|---|---|
| Kapasite Yükü (Capacity Load) | How loaded is each work center on each day/week? | No |
| Kapasite Planlama Tablosu (Capacity Planning Table) | Which day should I move this work center's operations to? | Yes — Yerleştir / Kaldır (Dispatch / Remove) |
| Sonlu Çizelgeleme (Finite Scheduling) | How do I sequence all open operations according to capacity? | The proposal does not write; Öneriyi Uygula (Apply Proposal) writes |
/erp/manufacturing/capacityerp-manufacturing-capacity.view (görme, sonlu çizelge önerisi)erp-manufacturing-capacity.edit (Yerleştir, Kaldır, Öneriyi Uygula)Capacity is defined on the work center: shift hours, break, utilization percentage, individual capacity (number of machines) and working days; the day rules come from the plant's factory calendar. Details: Work centers.
Capacity Load
- 1Bucket — Day or Week
- 2Include planned orders load
- 3Only work centers I am responsible for
- 4Required / available hours and utilization %
Rows are work centers, columns are day or week buckets. A cell shows required / available hours and the utilization percentage; an overloaded cell is marked Aşırı yük (Overload). Hovering over the cell shows the breakdown "Üretim emri … · planlı emir …" (Production order … · planned order …).
- Required: the remaining load of open production order operations + (if Planlı emirler dâhil (Include planned orders) is on) the load of open planned orders scheduled from the routing. Operation confirmations reduce the load.
- Available: the work center's daily capacity × working days. A work center without defined capacity shows "kapasite tanımsız" (capacity not defined); only the required hours are shown.
- Filters: Başlangıç (Start), Bitiş (End) (default today … +27 days; the window is at most 366 days; "Bitiş başlangıçtan önce olamaz." — The end cannot be before the start.), Kova (Bucket; Gün · Hafta, Day · Week), İş merkezi (Work center), Planlı emirler dâhil (Include planned orders), Sorumluluk (Responsibility; Sorumlu olduğum iş merkezleri, Work centers I am responsible for).
- A parent work center row shows "Alt iş merkezleriyle toplam" (Total with child work centers); under a work center with machines, machine rows and a "tezgâha atanmamış" (not assigned to a machine) note appear.
- From a work center row, the Planlama Tablosu (Planning Table) opens with the same period.
Capacity Planning Table
- 1Select a work center
- 2Manually dispatched marker
- 3Dispatch — choose the start day
- 4Remove — back to base date
When a İş merkezi (Work center) is selected, the operations in the window are listed: Kaynak (Source; Üretim emri / Planlı emir, Production order / Planned order) · Belge (Document) · Operasyon (Operation) · Kart (Item) · Başlangıç (Start) · Bitiş (End) · Kalan yük (Remaining load). The total load of the window and the daily capacity are shown at the top; if no capacity is defined, "Kapasite tanımsız — 8 saatlik hafta içi varsayılır" (Capacity not defined — 8-hour weekdays are assumed).
- Yerleştir (Dispatch; only on a production order row,
capacity.edit): the Operasyonu Yerleştir (Dispatch Operation) window. Select the Başlangıç günü (Start day) and, for a work center with machines, optionally the Tezgâh (Machine). "Operasyon seçilen günden başlar, bitişi iş merkezinin kapasitesinden hesaplanır; sonraki elle yerleştirilmemiş operasyonlar kayar." (The operation starts on the selected day; its end is calculated from the work center's capacity; subsequent operations that were not dispatched manually shift.) - Kaldır (Remove; on a manually dispatched row): Yerleştirmeyi Kaldır (Remove Dispatch) — "Operasyon emrin temel tarihinden yeniden çizelgelenir; öteki elle yerleştirilmiş operasyonlar yerinde kalır." (The operation is rescheduled from the order's basic date; other manually dispatched operations stay in place.)
- A manually dispatched operation carries the Elle yerleştirildi (Manually dispatched) flag; the Operasyonlar (Operations) tab of the order details shows the same trace.
- 1Start day
- 2Dispatch
Step by step: Dispatch an operation to capacity.
Finite Scheduling
- 1Create Proposal — writes nothing
- 2Apply Proposal — dispatches operations
- 3Proposed finish and delay
- 4Gantt: one lane per work center
Open order operations are sequenced according to work center capacity. If Başlangıç (Start) is blank, today is assumed.
- Öneri Oluştur (Create Proposal;
capacity.view) draws the solver's proposal; it does not write documents. The solver is time-limited and gives the same proposal for the same data. The result quality is En iyi plan (Optimal plan) or Süre sınırında bulunan iyi plan (Good plan found within the time limit). - Emirler (Orders) table: Emir (Order) · Planlanan bitiş (Planned end) · Önerilen bitiş (Proposed end) · Gecikme (Delay; Zamanında (On time) or days).
- Gantt: one lane per work center (per machine for a work center with machines); a gray bar is a manually dispatched operation — the solver leaves it in place.
- Operasyonlar (Operations) table: İş merkezi (Work center) · Tezgâh (Machine) · Emir (Order) · operation · Kalan yük (Remaining load) · Planlanan (Planned) · Önerilen (Proposed).
- Öneriyi Uygula (Apply Proposal;
capacity.edit) dispatches all operations of the proposal; applied operations count as manually dispatched. Result: "N emrin M operasyonu yerleştirildi." (M operations of N orders dispatched.) If the orders changed in the meantime: "Çizelge uygulanamadı — emirler bu arada değiştiyse öneriyi yenileyin." (The schedule could not be applied — if the orders changed in the meantime, refresh the proposal.) - If there are no operations to schedule: "Çizelgelenecek açık operasyon yok." (No open operations to schedule.); if the solver finds no plan: "Çözücü süre sınırında bir plan bulamadı — kapasiteyi ya da açık emirleri gözden geçirin." (The solver could not find a plan within the time limit — review the capacity or the open orders.)
