Failed backflushes
Backflush (geri sarf) means that a component flagged in the BOM is issued automatically together with the output, without a separate consumption posting (small materials such as screws, rivets, labels). If a component cannot be issued when output is posted, the output is not reversed; the component goes into this queue and waits until it is resolved.

- 2Error — why the backflush failed
- 3Retry — with another warehouse or stock status
- 4Close — with a reason, no consumption
How backflush works
- Quantity to issue = planned quantity of the requirement × (total produced ÷ planned quantity of the order) − quantity consumed so far (rounded up to the precision of the unit). Manual consumption is not counted twice. Example: on UE-2026-000008, planned for 2 ADET (pieces), the leveling foot requirement is 8 ADET; 1 ADET output, no consumption → 4 ADET backflushed.
- The component is issued from the Geri sarf deposu (Backflush warehouse) in the output form; if it is left blank, the warehouse of the first output line is used. If the stock status is blank, the default status (SIFIR, new).
- A batch-managed component is issued with the FEFO proposal. A component without batch management: if the warehouse requires a storage location, from the item's default storage location in that warehouse; otherwise from stock without a storage location.
- A serial-number-managed component is not backflushed; it must be consumed manually.
- A successful backflush is recorded as a separate material consumption document on the order's Malzeme Sarfları (Material Consumptions) tab.
If the component's stock is in a storage location and the backflush warehouse does not require storage locations, the backflush looks at stock without a storage location and returns a "yeterli stok yok" (insufficient stock) error. Either define a default storage location in the item's warehouse data, or issue the component manually with a material consumption and close the record with a reason. In the demo example, HAM-0049 was in HAMMADDE / RAF-C; the backflush reported "Mevcut: 0" (Available: 0).
Columns and filters
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Üretim emri (Production order) | The order whose output was posted and the output date. |
| Bileşen (Component) | The item that could not be issued. |
| Miktar (Quantity) | The quantity that must be issued. |
| Hata (Error) | The server's reason, verbatim (e.g. "'HAM-0049' kartının 'SIFIR' durumunda yeterli stok yok. Mevcut: 0, istenen: 8,000000." — Insufficient stock of item 'HAM-0049' in status 'SIFIR'. Available: 0, requested: 8.000000.). |
| Durum (Status) | Açık (Open), Çözüldü (Resolved) or Kapatıldı (Closed). |
- The Durum (Status) filter defaults to Açık (Open; the work queue); Tümü (All) also brings resolved and closed records.
- Sorumlu olduğum iş merkezleri (Work centers I am responsible for) shows only orders of the work centers you are responsible for.
- The "bu emrin hatalı geri sarfları" (failed backflushes of this order) link in the order details narrows the list to that order (Tek emrin kayıtları, Records of a single order).
- Records are not created on this screen; they arise only from output.
Retry
- 1Warehouse to issue the component from
- 2Stock status (empty = recorded status)
- 3Retry — consumption posted, record resolved
If stock has arrived, or the component is to be issued from another warehouse, use Yeniden Dene (Retry): the window shows the last error, and you select the Depo (Warehouse) and Stok durumu (Stock status). If it succeeds, a consumption document is posted, the record becomes Çözüldü (Resolved) and the message "Bileşen sarf edildi — kayıt kapandı." (Component consumed — record closed.) appears. If it fails, the error is shown in the window and the record stays open.
Close
Kapat (Close) does not post consumption; it closes the record with a reason (Hatalı Geri Sarfı Kapat — kart (Close Failed Backflush — item) window, Gerekçe (Reason) required, at most 500 characters). Use it if you consumed the component manually or if the component was actually not used. A closed record cannot be retried. Example reason: "Bileşen RAF-C lokasyonundan elle sarf edildi." (The component was consumed manually from storage location RAF-C.)
If the order has an open failed backflush, Tamamla (Complete) is rejected: "Emirde çözülmemiş 1 hatalı geri sarf var — tamamlamadan önce yeniden deneyin ya da gerekçeyle kapatın: 'HAM-0049' 8 ADET — …" (The order has 1 unresolved failed backflush — retry it or close it with a reason before completing: 'HAM-0049' 8 pieces — …)
