Inventory reports

The reports under Stok Yönetimi › Analitik (Inventory Management › Analytics) are generated from the stock ledger. Every report has Excel'e Aktar (Export to Excel) and Raporu yenile (Refresh report); the default date range is the last 90 days. Value columns are visible only with the cost permission.

Stock Status Report​

How much of each item there is and (with permission) what it is worth. Filters: Ara (Search), Depo (Warehouse), Stok Durumu (Stock Status), Depo kırılımı (Warehouse breakdown), Sıfır bakiyeleri de göster (Also show zero balances), Tarih itibarıyla (As of date). Columns: Kart Kodu (Item Code), Kart Adı (Item Name), (with the breakdown) Depo (Warehouse), Miktar (Quantity), Ortalama Maliyet (Average Cost), Toplam Değer (Total Value), Son Hareket (Last Movement). If Tarih itibarıyla (As of date) is selected, movements after that day are not included in the report.

Stock Movement Listing​

The ledger of an item or a warehouse — the opening carry-forward for the period and a running balance on each row. Either the item or the warehouse is mandatory. Columns: Tarih (Date), Kart (Item), Hareket Türü (Movement Type), Depo / Lokasyon (Warehouse / Storage Location), Durum / Lot (Status / Batch), Kaynak Belge (Source Document), Miktar (Quantity), Birim Maliyet (Unit Cost; with permission), Yürüyen Bakiye (Running Balance). A period summary (Giriş / Çıkış (Receipts / Issues)) is shown at the bottom.

Batch/Serial Traceability​

Where a batch or serial number came from and where it went — through production orders. Inputs: Lot / Seri (Batch / Serial Number; a single search field) and Yön (Direction): İleri — nereye gitti (Forward — where it went; the orders in which it was consumed, what they produced and the customers it went to) or Geri — nereden geldi (Backward — where it came from; the orders in which it was produced, what they consumed and the suppliers it came from). The İzlenebilirlik (Traceability) button in the batch details opens the report with that batch.

The output is an indented tree; each node has a movement table: Tarih (Date), Hareket (Movement), Depo (Warehouse), Miktar (Quantity), Belge (Document), Karşı Taraf / Bağlam (Counterparty / Context). The link is at the order level: every batch consumed by an order is related to every batch it produced. The chain ends at an item that is not tracked ("Takipsiz — zincir burada biter" (Not tracked — the chain ends here)). Step by step: Trace a batch or serial number.
