Prerequisites
  • The item has an unlocked production version flagged Seri üretim (Repetitive manufacturing); the version's BOM is released and valid on the confirmation day.
  • The components are in sufficient stock in the consumption warehouse (in a warehouse with storage locations, in the card's default storage location).

In repetitive manufacturing, no production order is opened; the quantity produced is confirmed period by period. Component consumption and the finished product receipt are in the same posting. All fields and rules of the screen: Repetitive manufacturing.

Steps​

  1. Open the Üretim › Seri Üretim › Seri Üretim Teyidi Gir (Production › Repetitive Manufacturing › Enter Repetitive Manufacturing Confirmation) screen or click Teyit Gir (Enter Confirmation) in the list.

  2. Select the item's version in the Seri üretim versiyonu (Repetitive manufacturing version) field (only versions flagged for repetitive manufacturing are listed).

  3. Check the Teyit tarihi (Confirmation date) and enter the quantity produced in the Miktar (temel birim) (Quantity, base unit) field.

  4. In the Mamul girişi (Finished product receipt) section, select the Depo (Warehouse) and Lokasyon (Storage location); for a batch-managed finished product, enter the Lot (Batch), Üretim tarihi (Production date) and Son kullanma (Expiry date).

  5. In the Geri sarf (Backflush) section, select the Sarf deposu (Consumption warehouse) (empty = the finished product's receiving warehouse); Stok durumu (Stock status) empty = default.

  6. Click Teyidi Kaydet (Save Confirmation).

Result
The confirmation appears in the list with Kaydedildi (Posted) status: the finished product enters the selected warehouse, the components are exploded with the BOM valid on the confirmation day and deducted by the backflush rule, and open planned orders are reduced by the confirmed quantity (Planlı emirden düşülen (Deducted from planned orders)). An incorrect confirmation is cancelled from the list with a reason.

What you need to know​

  • Explosion, consumption breakdown and value are calculated on the server; the form does not show a preview.
  • The components are deducted with the breakdown rules of backflush: a batch-managed component by FEFO, and in a warehouse requiring storage locations from the card's default storage location; a serial-managed component is not backflushed.
  • A confirmation is cancelled from its row in the Seri Üretim Teyitleri (Repetitive Manufacturing Confirmations) list (Teyidi İptal Et (Cancel Confirmation), Gerekçe (Reason) required, erp-manufacturing-corrections.create); the receipt and the consumption are reversed.
  • The demo installation has no production version flagged for repetitive manufacturing; therefore there is no sample confirmation posting.
