Repetitive manufacturing
Repetitive manufacturing is for lines on which the same product is produced continuously and repeatedly (filling, packing, assembly line). No production order is opened for each lot: the produced quantity is confirmed; the system explodes the BOM valid on that day for the confirmed quantity, receives the finished product into stock and issues the components with the backflush rule — in a single posting. Open planned orders are reduced by the confirmed quantity.

- Filters: Başlangıç · Bitiş (Start · End), İptal edilenleri göster (Show cancelled); when opened from a version, Tek versiyonun teyitleri (Confirmations of a single version).
- A row opens the confirmation's lines in a window: Mamul girişi (Finished product receipt) and Geri sarf (Backflush) sections, quantity and (with permission) value.
- Cancellation is done from the row, with a reason (Teyidi İptal Et (Cancel Confirmation), Gerekçe (Reason) required). Cancellation reverses the receipt and the consumption.
- The Maliyet Toplayıcılar (Cost Collectors) link opens Product Cost Collectors.

Teyidi Kaydet (Save Confirmation) calculates the explosion, the consumption breakdown and the value on the server; the form does not preview them. The component breakdown follows the backflush rules (batch FEFO, default storage location in a warehouse with storage locations, serial-number-managed components are not backflushed).
Product Cost Collectors
Sums up the repetitive manufacturing confirmations in the period per finished product · version: number of
Teyit (Confirmations), Miktar (Quantity), Malzeme (Material), Faaliyet (Activity) and Birim
maliyet (Unit cost). A row with an unknown value shows Değer bilinmiyor (Value unknown) (zero is not shown). The
screen requires erp-manufacturing-repetitive.view and erp-inventory-costs.view. Accounting entries are outside
the scope of this document.
