Kanban
Kanban replenishes a continuously consumed product with fixed-quantity containers: when a container is emptied it is reported, and a replenishment document is opened automatically according to the selected strategy. No MRP calculation is needed; the requirement is the container becoming empty.

A control cycle (KBN-yyyy-nnnnnn) is defined per product × supply warehouse: the number of containers, the
container quantity and the replenishment strategy. A product can have only one cycle in a warehouse.

The board shows only active cycles; the containers of each cycle are drawn as tiles. Filters Ara (Search) and Depo (Warehouse). A tile shows the container number, its status, who last changed it and when, and — for a container in replenishment — the document opened (as a link if you have permission to view that document).

- Boş Bildir (Report Empty) opens the strategy's document and the container becomes İkmalde (In Replenishment). If the document cannot be opened, the server's message is shown on the tile and the container does not change (e.g. "Kap ikmale alınamaz: …" — The container cannot be put into replenishment: …; "Kontrol döngüsü pasif — sinyal verilemez." — The control cycle is inactive — no signal can be given.).
- Dolu İşaretle (Mark Full) returns the container to Dolu (Full) when the goods arrive. No empty signal can be given in an inactive cycle; an open replenishment can still be marked full.
- If the same container is reported empty a second time: "Kap N zaten ikmalde (BELGE-NO)." (Container N is already in replenishment (DOCUMENT-NO).); a container that is not full cannot be put into use ("Yalnız dolu kap kullanıma alınır." — Only a full container can be put into use.), and a full container cannot be marked full again ("Kap zaten dolu." — The container is already full.).
On the demo board, the empty signal of container 1 in KBN-2026-000001 (HAM-0066 Sunta Vidası (chipboard screw), Hammadde Deposu (raw material warehouse), Dış tedarik, 3 × 500 ADET) opened the draft requisition TLP-2026-000003, and the signal of container 1 in KBN-2026-000002 (YM-0003 Masa Ayak Takımı (desk leg set), Mamul Deposu (finished goods warehouse), İç üretim, 2 × 4 ADET) opened the draft production order UE-2026-000007.
