Prerequisites
  • The parent order is in Yayınlandı (Released) or Üretimde (In Production) status.
  • The semi-finished item card in the requirement is produced and its planning strategy is Siparişe Üretim (Make-to-Order).

A collective order means opening, together with the order for a finished product, the orders for the semi-finished items that go into it (cabin, panel, subassembly). In CoreX this is single-level and is proposed from the frozen requirement list of the parent order; it is not MRP. A sub-order's own sub-orders are proposed the same way, from its own detail.

Steps

  1. Open the detail of the parent order. If there is an eligible requirement, the Alt Emirler (Sub-Orders) card appears below the summary boxes.
OpenAlt EmirlerExpected: One line per requirement: Ürün (Item), Gereken (Required), Stoktan (From Stock), Alt emirde (In Sub-Order), Açılacak (To Open), Alt emir (Sub-Order)
  2. Check the proposed quantity in the Açılacak (To Open) column; change it if necessary. Empty or zero lines are not opened.
    EnterAçılacak
  3. Click Alt Emirleri Aç (Open Sub-Orders).
ClickAlt Emirleri AçExpected: The Alt emir (Sub-Order) column of each line shows the number, status and produced/planned quantity of the order that was opened
Result
A released sub-order is opened for each line (because opening a sub-order also releases it, both create and edit permissions are required): its requirement list is frozen, its routing is copied, and it is ready for production. The output of the sub-order goes into stock allocated to that requirement of the parent order and cannot be given to any other document; the consumption of the parent order uses this stock.

Which requirements are proposed

Card of the requirementWhat happens
Produced and planning strategy Siparişe Üretim (Make-to-Order)Proposed on the Alt Emirler (Sub-Orders) card.
Produced, but strategy Stoğa Üretim (Make-to-Stock) or Planlama Yok (No Planning)Not proposed — the order expects this semi-finished item from stock.
Purchased (not produced) cardNot proposed — covered from stock, by purchasing.

Proposed quantity = open requirement − stock allocated to this requirement − remaining quantity of linked open sub-orders. If the line reads Stoktan karşılanıyor (Covered from stock) or Karşılandı (Covered), there is nothing to open. If there is no proposal, the card is not drawn at all.

The sub-order is opened from the latest released revision of the BOM; the quantity is converted to the output unit of the BOM and rounded up to the precision. If the item has no BOM, the sub-order is opened without one. The operation is all or nothing: if one line is rejected, no sub-order is opened.

Semi-finished item expected from stock

No sub-order is proposed for a semi-finished item with a make-to-stock or no-planning strategy; it is deducted from stock in the parent order's consumption. If there is no stock, the consumption is rejected: "'YM-0001' kartının 'SIFIR' durumunda yeterli stok yok. Mevcut: 0, istenen: 1,000000." (Card 'YM-0001' does not have enough stock in the 'SIFIR' status. Available: 0, requested: 1.000000.) In that case, either produce the semi-finished item to stock with a separate production order or set the card's planning strategy to Siparişe Üretim (Make-to-Order) — this is the correct setting for a semi-finished item produced together with every order.

Demo installation

The semi-finished items of the demo company (YM-0001 … YM-0009) use the Stoğa Üretim (Make-to-Stock) strategy and have opening stock; the Alt Emirler (Sub-Orders) card does not appear on these orders, and the semi-finished items are consumed from stock. The example of a make-to-order semi-finished item is DMO-KSL-05 Demo conveyor drive unit: on the order of the DMO-KSL-01 conveyor (UE-2026-000011), the card proposes Gereken (Required) 1, Stoktan (From Stock) 0, Açılacak (To Open) 1; the sub-order opened with Alt Emirleri Aç (Open Sub-Orders) (UE-2026-000012, parent order UE-2026-000009) is created in Yayınlandı (Released) status. End to end: Order to production.

Released order — resolved BOM and sub-order proposal
  1. 1Configuration from the sales order
  2. 2Open Sub-orders — make-to-order subassembly
  3. 3Sub-order quantity to open
  4. 4Consumption, output and confirmation
  5. 5Materials selected by the conditions
