Missing parts list

Collects the material requirements of open orders that cannot be covered from stock in a single list. Stock is allocated to orders in requirement date order: the order that starts earliest takes the stock first, and the remaining shortage is written to the next order.

ColumnMeaning
İhtiyaç (Requirement)The requirement date; the list is allocated in this order.
Üretim emri (Production order)Link to the order.
Malzeme (Material)The component's code and name.
Gereken (Required)The open (not yet consumed) quantity of the requirement.
Karşılanan (Covered)The share allocated to this order from stock.
Eksik (Missing)Required − covered.
Birim (Unit)The unit of the requirement.
Beklenen tedarik (Expected supply)Supply in transit (purchase order, sub-order) and its date; otherwise Yok — talep açın (None — open a requisition). If no unit conversion is defined, Birim çevrimi tanımsız (Unit conversion not defined).
  • Filters: Ara (Search) and İş Merkezi (Work Center). The list is calculated on the server and cached for a short time; Yenile (Refresh) reads it again.
  • If nothing is missing, the screen shows "Eksik malzeme yok — açık emirlerin bütün gereksinimleri stokla karşılanıyor." (No missing material — all requirements of open orders are covered from stock.)
  • The same information also appears in the order details: the Malzeme (Material) box ("1 kalem eksik" — 1 item missing) and the Kullanılabilirlik (Availability) column of the Malzeme Gereksinimleri (Material Requirements) tab ("Eksik 24,5 · Beklenen tedarik yok" — Missing 24.5 · No expected supply). If something is missing when the order is released, a notification appears: "Emir yayınlandı — 1 kalem eksik: HAM-0031 (24,5 KG). Example

When UE-2026-000003 (MAM-0006 Paslanmaz Depolama Tankı (stainless storage tank), 2.000 L) was released, 304.5 KG of HAM-0031 304 sheet was required; stock was 280 KG → 24.5 KG missing. The shortage is covered with a purchase requisition or with Malzeme Talebi (Material Requisition) in the order details.

A shortage is a warning, not a block: the order is released; if stock is insufficient when consumption is posted, the server rejects that line.
