Update parent product prices

A sales price is proposed for a produced product from its cost estimate (material, activity and overhead rolled up from the BOM) with a profit margin; the ones you select are written to the price list. A product with incomplete costs gets no proposal. The screen does not create accounting entries; it only updates the price list.

Fields​

Fiyat Listesi (Price List)An active list with explicit prices. Prices cannot be written to a derived list (its prices come from the base list); if none exists, the screen shows "Açık fiyatlı aktif fiyat listesi yok — Fiyat Listeleri'nde oluşturun." (No active price list with explicit prices — create one in Price Lists.)
Kâr Payı (%) (Profit Margin, %)Between -100 and 10,000 ("Kâr payı -100 ile 10.000 arasında olmalıdır." — The profit margin must be between -100 and 10,000.).
Ondalık (Decimals)The number of decimals to which the proposal is rounded, 0–4 (default 2).
Kategori · Ara (Category · Search)Narrow the scope. The scope is produced products, at most 200 ("Kapsam N ürün — en çok 200; kategori ya da aramayla daraltın." — The scope is N products — at most 200; narrow it with a category or search.).
Yapı Günü (Structure Date)The date of the BOM structure used for the cost estimate.

Calculation and writing​

  1. Hesapla (Calculate) — writes nothing. Table: Ürün (Product) · Maliyet (Cost) · Mevcut Fiyat (Current Price) · Önerilen Fiyat (Proposed Price) · Değişim (Change). The top shows "N ürün · M öneri yok · K seçili" (N products · M without proposal · K selected).
  2. Proposed price = unit cost × (1 + profit margin / 100), rounded half up to the number of Ondalık (Decimals). Example: cost 1,000.00 TRY, profit margin 30% → 1,300.00 TRY.
  3. Tick the ones with a proposal (Önerisi olanların hepsini seç — Select all with a proposal) and click Seçilenleri Listeye Yaz (Write Selected to List). The confirmation window "Fiyatlar listeye yazılsın mı?" (Write prices to the list?) → Listeye Yaz (Write to List). The proposed price replaces the current price; new sales documents propose this price, while the list price on saved documents and sales order lines does not change.

For products without a proposal, the reason is shown below the row:

If one of the selected products has a problem, no price is written: "N üründe sorun var — hiçbir fiyat yazılmadı." (N products have problems — no prices were written.) If the list was changed at the same time: "Liste fiyatları aynı anda değiştirildi — yeniden hesaplayıp deneyin." (The list prices were changed at the same time — recalculate and try again.)

In the demo environment

Because the demo work centers have no activity rates, none of the produced products gets a proposal, with the reason "Faaliyet tarifesi tanımsız" (Activity rate not defined); the screenshot shows this situation.
