Inventory Management
Inventory Management records how much of an item is in the warehouse, where it is, and in what condition. Stock is a ledger: every change is added as a stock movement, and a posted record is never changed afterwards; corrections are made with a new movement in the opposite direction or with a correction document. Balance screens are read-only.

| Depo (Warehouse) and lokasyon (storage location) | Stock is kept per warehouse; within a warehouse, a storage location (bin, shelf, area) is optional or mandatory depending on the warehouse setting. Warehouses belong to a tesis (plant). |
| Stok durumu (Stock status) | The physical condition (segment) of the stock: Sıfır (New), İkinci El (Used), Tamir Edilmiş (Repaired), Yenilenmiş (Refurbished), Karantina (Quarantine), Reddedildi (Rejected). The same item can carry stock in several statuses in the same warehouse. Statuses flagged as Karantina (Quarantine) are blocked for shipment, consumption and transfer. |
| Lot (Batch) and seri (serial number) | For a batch-managed item, each batch carries a batch number, a production date and an expiry date (SKT); for a serial-managed item, each unit has its own number. |
