Price lists

The source of the unit price proposal on sales documents. Each customer is assigned to a price list; a customer without an assignment is priced from the default list. Customer-specific agreements are kept on the Özel Fiyatlar (Special Prices) screen, and category-based discounts on the Grup İskontoları (Group Discounts) screen.

How the price is determined

When a product is selected on a quotation or sales order line, the price is searched in the following order; the first one found is proposed:

  1. Customer-specific price — an agreement for customer + product + currency.
  2. Campaign — a valid campaign price.
  3. The customer's price list (the default list if there is no assignment) — the list's period and quantity price takes precedence if one exists; otherwise, the list price.
  4. Group discount — the discount defined for the product's category is proposed on the line (not proposed if a special price or a period / quantity price was found).

If a sales channel is selected, the channel's list is included in the chain, as is a list defined specifically for the customer's sales area. The source of the proposal is shown on the line (e.g. "Özel fiyat" — Special price, "Kampanya KOD" — Campaign CODE, "STANDART · kademe ≥ 100" — STANDARD · scale ≥ 100). The proposal is not binding: if you change the price manually, the proposal remains visible below it and the deviation percentage is flagged.

Price lists

Price Lists
  1. 1New Price List
  2. 2Import / export with Excel
  3. 3Base list — derived from another list by a factor
  4. 4Default list — used when the customer has none

Columns: Kod (Code), Ad (Name), Para birimi (Currency), Temel liste (Base list; "CODE × factor" for a derived list), Ürün sayısı (Number of products), Müşteri sayısı (Number of customers), Varsayılan (Default), Durum (Status). The row's İşlemler (Actions) menu offers Varsayılan Yap (Set as Default; for an active list that is not the default). A price list is not deleted; it is set to inactive.

List definition

FieldDescription
Ad (Name), Kod (Code)The code is proposed from the name.
Temel liste · Katsayı (Base list · Factor)Derived list: prices are the base list price × the factor (1.10 = 10% above; 0.85 = 15% below). A derived list takes the currency of the base list.
Para birimi (Currency)Cannot be changed while the list contains prices.
Aktif (Active)

The first active list automatically becomes the default.

List details

Price list detail — prices
  1. 1Price basis — unit and VAT excluded / included
  2. 2Period and quantity scales
  3. 3Option surcharges for configurable products
  4. 4Mass Update — by percent or amount
  5. 5Add Price
  • Fiyatlar (Prices): product, unit, price and source ("Listenin fiyatı" — List price, or "Türetilmiş" — Derived). The price is in the base unit of the item master record and excludes VAT.
  • Dönem ve Miktar Fiyatları (Period and Quantity Prices): a price valid in a specific period or above a specific quantity (product, price, minimum quantity, period, note). A rule with a period takes precedence over a permanent rule; for quantity scales, the highest threshold that matches the line quantity applies. A rule with an empty period is permanent.
  • Karakteristik Farkları (Characteristic Surcharges): price differences by option for configurable products. For a characteristic with options, a fixed amount per option is entered; for a numeric characteristic, an amount per unit. Line price = list price + the surcharges of the selected options.

Toplu Güncelle (Mass Update): changes the list's prices in bulk by a percentage or an amount (can be narrowed down by category and search; rounding can be selected). Click Önizle (Preview) first; Uygula (Apply) becomes available only after a preview taken with the same parameters and without invalid rows. Derived prices do not change, because they follow the factor.

İçe / Dışa Aktar (Import / Export): all price data is in a single Excel workbook (lists, prices, period and quantity prices, characteristic surcharges, customer assignments, special prices, group discounts). Export and edit it; when importing, first use Kontrol Et (Check) to see what will change.

Assigning a list to a customer

The assignment is made on the Satış (Sales) tab of the customer master record (Customers).

Special prices

Special Prices — customer + product agreements
  1. 1New Special Price
  2. 2Validity — applied when the order date is in range

A single agreement for one customer, one product and one currency. It is the first link in the price chain and overrides the customer's list.

FieldDescription
Müşteri (Customer), Ürün (Product)Cannot be changed when editing.
Fiyat (Price), Para birimi (Currency)No currency conversion is performed; the price is used only on documents in the same currency.
Geçerlilik (Validity)Empty = unlimited. Evaluated against the sales order date.
Not (Note)

When a special price is deleted, new sales orders are priced from the customer's list; past sales orders are not affected.

Group discounts

Group Discounts — customer × category
  1. 1New Group Discount
  2. 2Product category — subcategory rule wins
  3. 3Proposed line discount

Proposes a line discount for a product category (including subcategories), for one customer or for all customers.

FieldDescription
Kapsam (Scope)A specific customer or all customers.
Müşteri (Customer)Required if the scope is a customer.
Kategori (Category)Also covers subcategories.
İskonto % (Discount %)Greater than 0, at most 100.
Geçerlilik · Not (Validity · Note)

A customer-specific rule takes precedence over a general rule, and a subcategory over its parent category.
