Outgoing e-Delivery Notes
An e-Delivery Note (e-İrsaliye) is an electronic dispatch document that travels with the goods. In CoreX it is created from a document that moves goods out of the building: a Teslimat (Delivery) (with the goods issue posted), Konsinye doldurma (Consignment fill-up), Fason sevki (Subcontracting dispatch), Tedarikçiye iade (Return to supplier), Nakil sevki (Transfer dispatch). Submission is performed through the e-Document integrator.

List
There are two tabs: CoreX'te kesilenler (Issued in CoreX) and Dışarıda kesilenler (arşiv) (Issued externally (archive)). Columns: İrsaliye (Delivery Note), Tarih (Date), Alıcı (Recipient), Kaynak Belge (Source Document), Araç / sevk (Vehicle / dispatch), Durum (Status). Filters: Ara (Search) and Durum (Status). When the list is empty, "Henüz e-İrsaliye yok. Teslimat detayında "e-İrsaliye" ile oluşturun." (There are no e-Delivery Notes yet. Create one with "e-İrsaliye" in the delivery details.) is displayed.
Statuses

e-Delivery Note details
- Alıcı (Recipient): Kart (Card), Vergi No (Tax No.), Posta kutusu (Mailbox).
- Teslim adresi (Delivery address): Adres (Address), İl (Province), İlçe (District), Posta kodu (Postal code) (required — GİB requires a postal code in the delivery address).
- İrsaliye (Delivery Note): Durum (Status), GİB No (assigned on submission), ETTN, source document, order, İrsaliye tarihi (Delivery note date) and Fiili sevk anı (Actual dispatch time) (the moment the goods left — it cannot be before the time of submission).
- Taşıma (Transport): Kendi aracımız (şoför) (Our own vehicle (driver)) — Şoför adı (Driver first name), Şoför soyadı (Driver last name), Şoför TCKN (Driver national ID no.) — or Taşıyıcı firma (Carrier company) — Taşıyıcı unvanı (Carrier company name), Taşıyıcı VKN (Carrier tax ID); Araç plakası (Vehicle plate), Dorse plakası (Trailer plate), Not (Note).
- e-Belge süreci (e-Document process): the integrator status, the last query time and the files.
Buttons on a draft: Taslağı Sil (Delete Draft) (if no GİB number has been assigned), Kaydet (Save), GİB'e Gönder (Send to GİB). Submission requires confirmation: "Alıcı, taşıma bilgisi ve kalemler donar; irsaliye entegratör üzerinden alıcıya iletilir. Alıcı e-İrsaliye kayıtlı değilse gönderilmez — kâğıt irsaliye kullanılır." (The recipient, transport information and items are frozen; the delivery note is forwarded to the recipient through the integrator. If the recipient is not registered for e-Delivery Note, it is not sent — a paper delivery note is used.) On a delivery note that is at the integrator or has reached the recipient, Durumu Yenile (Refresh Status) appears; on one that could not be sent, Taslağa Geri Al (Revert to Draft) appears.
GİB'e Gönder (Send to GİB) forwards the document to the real recipient; this cannot be undone. While there are unsaved changes, the send button is disabled.
The national ID number on the driver card is for the driver on the e-Delivery Note; the license plate on the vehicle card follows the same rule as the plate on the e-Delivery Note.
