Delivery and goods issue

Approved sales order lines leave the warehouse with a delivery. A delivery is first created as open (stock is not reduced; the lines are reserved on the sales order); when the goods issue is posted, stock is reduced and the delivery can no longer be changed.

Create Outbound Delivery

Create Outbound Delivery — due items
  1. 1Due by — items to deliver up to this date
  2. 2Select the item to deliver
  3. 3Warehouse
  4. 4Create Delivery — opens an open delivery

The Giden Teslimat Oluştur (Create Outbound Delivery) screen is not an empty form: it lists the approved sales order lines that are due and can be delivered. Quantity available for delivery = ordered quantity − shipped − in open deliveries.

  1. Narrow down the lines with the filters (sales order no., customer, product; the Vadesi gelen (en geç) (Due by, latest) date).
  2. Select the lines to be delivered. The quantity is prefilled with the quantity available for delivery; you can change it.
  3. Select the Depo (Warehouse; required) and the Planlanan sevk tarihi (Planned shipping date; required, default today); enter a note if necessary.
  4. Click Teslimat Oluştur (Create Delivery). Lines going to the same recipient, currency, channel, delivery address and shipping method are combined into a single delivery. The deliveries created are listed with their numbers; groups that could not be created are shown in red with the reason.

The Plan. Mal Çıkışı (Planned Goods Issue) column shows the day on which the goods must leave the warehouse (requested delivery date − route duration − warehouse preparation time). For a delayed line, the date is shown in red with "· gecikti" (delayed).

A delivery for a single sales order can also be created with the Teslimat Oluştur (Create Delivery) button in the sales order details.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
Açık (Open)The lines are reserved on the sales order; stock is reduced at goods issue.
Mal Çıkışı Kaydedildi (Goods Issue Posted)Physical stock issue document; cannot be changed.
İptal Edildi (Cancelled)No stock movement.

An open delivery also shows the picking status (Toplanmadı — Not picked · Kısmen toplandı — Partially picked · Toplandı — Picked) and the packing status (Paketlenmedi — Not packed · Kısmen paketlendi — Partially packed · Paketlendi — Packed).

Posting the goods issue

On an open delivery, Mal Çıkışını Kaydet (Post Goods Issue) opens a separate page:

  • The Mal çıkışı tarihi (Goods issue date) is entered; the warehouse is the delivery's warehouse and cannot be changed.
  • The quantity of each line is split into allocations: storage location (or "Lokasyonsuz" — No storage location), stock status and, if required, the lot or serial number. The allocation total of each line must equal the delivery quantity (partial goods issue is not possible).
  • FEFO ile Dağıt (Allocate by FEFO; for a lot-managed line): splits the quantity starting from the lots with the nearest expiry dates.
  • Ayrılmış Stoğu Dağıt (Allocate Reserved Stock): fills the allocations with stock reserved for the line (picked or produced for the line).
  • For a serial-managed line, the serial numbers are selected.
  • If the delivery has been picked, the allocations are filled automatically with the picked goods.

Cancellation

An open delivery is cancelled with Teslimatı İptal Et (Cancel Delivery); a cancellation reason is required. No stock movement takes place; the quantity reserved on the sales order is released, and the lines become available for delivery again. Cancellation cannot be undone.

After the goods issue

  • Çıktı (Output): print, PDF and e-mail the delivery note.
  • e-İrsaliye (e-Delivery Note): if e-Delivery Note is enabled in the installation, e-İrsaliye Oluştur (Create e-Delivery Note) is displayed; once it has been created, the delivery note's number and status are shown.
  • Teslimat Düzeltmesi Oluştur (Create Delivery Correction): an incorrect goods issue is not deleted; it is reversed with a correction document.
  • İade Talebi Aç (Open Return Request) · İade Al (Receive Return): for customer returns.

Packing

On an open delivery, Taşıma Birimi Oluştur (Create Handling Unit) places the lines into containers (carton, pallet…): container type (required), packaging product, tare, content and nested units. A label can be printed for each handling unit. Packing is not a prerequisite for the goods issue.

Proof of delivery

For deliveries whose customer requires proof of delivery, after the goods issue, use Alındı Teyidi Kaydet (Record Proof of Delivery) to enter the delivery date, the recipient and the accepted quantity per line. For a short acceptance, a reason is selected (damaged in transit, arrived short, customer did not accept delivery, other). A delivery awaiting proof of delivery is not invoiced.

  • Sales orders — the source of the delivery.
  • Billing — invoice from a delivery whose goods issue has been posted.
