- The delivery is in Açık (Open) status (create open deliveries).
- The delivery's warehouse is bin-managed (with storage locations) and has a shipping staging area defined; the goods are in a storage bin.
Picking is performed with the warehouse execution screens of Inventory Management; this page describes their use with an outbound delivery. Tasks can also be confirmed from a handheld terminal.
Steps
- On the Stok Yönetimi › Depo Yürütme › Dalgalar (Inventory Management › Warehouse Execution › Waves) screen, open Dalga Oluştur (Create Wave).
- Select the Depo (Warehouse).
- In the Kaynak (Source) field, select Açık teslimatlar (Open deliveries). If necessary, narrow the list with the Planlanan sevk (en geç) (Planned shipping (latest)) date and Ara (Search).
- Select the lines to be picked. Toplanacak (To Pick) = remaining − allocated to the item − open picking; if the Toplanabilir Stok (Pickable Stock) is insufficient, the line carries a warning.

Result
The picked goods are allocated to the sales order item in the shipping area. The delivery's picking status becomes Toplandı (Picked), and on the goods issue form the allocations are filled in automatically with the picked goods.
What you need to know
- The wave line carries the delivery number; the upper limit for a delivery item is the delivery quantity, and the due date is the planned shipping date.
- If the pickable stock is insufficient, the wave is still created; the shortage is shown on the wave line. When confirming a task, Kalanı farkla kapat (rafta bulunamadı) (Close remaining as a difference (not found on the shelf)) can be selected — the difference is not a stock movement, the goods remain in the source bin, and the correction is made with a physical inventory count.
- For a partially picked delivery, the status becomes Kısmen toplandı (Partially picked).
- Picking is not mandatory: for an open delivery that has not been picked, the allocations are entered manually at goods issue.
- The picking status is calculated from the stock allocated to the sales order item in the delivery warehouse; goods produced for the item are also counted.
