Fleet operations

Filo İşletimi (Fleet Operations) keeps the odometer readings, fuel purchases and expenses of our own vehicles (not the carrier's vehicles). The amount is not an accounting entry; it is the operating cost of the vehicle and the source of the Araç Maliyeti (Vehicle Cost) report.

Columns: Tarih (Date), Araç (Vehicle), Tür (Type), Ölçü (Measure) (liters · kilometers or expense type), Tutar (Amount), Sefer · Sürücü (Shipment · Driver), Not (Note). Filters: Araç (Vehicle), Tür (Type), Başlangıç (From) – Bitiş (To). The row menu has Sil (Delete): a record cannot be changed; an incorrect record is deleted and entered again.

Expense types: Bakım ve onarım (Maintenance and repair), Lastik (Tires), Sigorta ve kasko (Insurance and comprehensive coverage), Muayene (Inspection), Otoyol ve köprü (Motorway and bridge tolls), Otopark (Parking), Trafik cezası (Traffic fine), Diğer (Other) (for an "Diğer" expense, a description in Not (Note) is required). When a vehicle is selected, the last reading appears below it ("Son okuma: … km" (Last reading: … km)); the odometer cannot go backwards — this is checked on the server. If Sefer (Shipment) is empty, Seferden bağımsız (Independent of a shipment) is shown; if Sürücü (Driver) is empty, Belirtilmedi (Not specified).

Rejection messages of the form:
