Prerequisites
  • There is a purchase order eligible for goods receipt (finalized, with an open quantity) or an incoming e-Delivery Note.
note

This task was not tried live in the demo installation of the documentation environment (the goods receipt scenarios of the purchase orders are used in other documents); the steps were verified from the screen's source code and a screenshot of the empty form.

When a purchase order with a receiving warehouse is finalized, the inbound delivery is created automatically in Bekleniyor (Expected) status; manual creation is for shipments that are not created automatically or that arrive split.

Steps

  1. Open the Lojistik Yönetimi › Gelen Teslimat › Gelen Teslimat Oluştur (Logistics Management › Inbound Delivery › Create Inbound Delivery) screen.
    Open screen/erp/logistics/inbound-deliveries/new
    Create Inbound Delivery

    2. 2Order — magnifier or F4 opens the list

    4. 4Expected arrival — required

  2. Select the source: Siparişten (From purchase order) or Gelen e-İrsaliyeden (From incoming e-Delivery Note).
    ClickSiparişten
  3. From a purchase order: type an order number or supplier in the Sipariş (Order) field and press Enter, or select one or more purchase orders from the Sipariş Seç (Select Order) window with the magnifier (F4). All must be from the same supplier.
    CheckSipariş
  4. In the line table, select the lines to notify and enter the Miktar (Quantity); the quantity cannot exceed the maximum notifiable quantity of the line.
    EnterMiktar
  5. Check the Depo (Warehouse) (it comes from the receiving warehouse of the purchase order; if there is none, select one) and enter the Beklenen Varış (Expected Arrival).
    EnterBeklenen Varış
  6. If available, enter the Tedarikçi İrsaliye No (Supplier Delivery Note No.) and İrsaliye Tarihi (Delivery Note Date), and a Not (Note) if necessary.
    EnterTedarikçi İrsaliye No
  7. Click Gelen Teslimatı Kaydet (Save Inbound Delivery).
ClickGelen Teslimatı KaydetExpected: The inbound delivery opens in Bekleniyor (Expected) status
Result
The notified quantity is reserved on the purchase order; the persons responsible for the warehouse are notified. When the goods arrive, Mal Kabulü Oluştur (Create Goods Receipt) in the details opens the goods receipt form with this delivery.

What you need to know

  • When creating from an incoming e-Delivery Note, lines are suggested to purchase order lines by the supplier's item code; the suggestion can be changed. If there is an expected delivery created from the purchase order, the delivery with the delivery note replaces it.
  • If the purchase orders are received in different warehouses, the delivery is not created: "Seçilen siparişler farklı depolara geliyor (…)" (The selected orders are received in different warehouses (…)) — create a separate delivery for each warehouse.
  • A delivery can contain at most 30 purchase orders.
  • A draft in İnceleme Bekliyor (Awaiting Review) status (an unmatched e-Delivery Note) opens in the same form with İncele ve Onayla (Review and Approve) in the details; the confirm button is Onayla (Approve).
  • A delivery in Bekleniyor (Expected) status is closed with İptal Et (Cancel), and the remainder of a partially received delivery with Kalanı Kapat (Close Remaining) (a reason is required for both).
