Incoming e-Delivery Notes
Suppliers' e-Delivery Notes arrive automatically from the e-Document integrator. After the goods have been counted, an acceptance/rejection response is given line by line (within 7 days). A delivery note that matches a purchase order creates an inbound delivery; a delivery note that does not match becomes a draft inbound delivery in İnceleme Bekliyor (Awaiting Review) status (Inbound deliveries).

List
- Şimdi Çek (Fetch Now) — queries the inbox within one minute. Okunmuşları Tara (Scan Read Items) — rescans the delivery notes of the last 7 days (including those already read). Both send a request to the integrator; if fetching is turned off, the page displays "Gelen irsaliye çekimi kapalı (e-Belge Ayarları › Belgeler)" (Fetching incoming delivery notes is turned off (e-Document Settings › Documents)).
- Work lists: Yanıt bekleyen (Awaiting response) and Cari kartı olmayan (Without a business partner card).
- Columns: İrsaliye (Delivery Note), Tarih (Date), Tedarikçi (Supplier), Araç (Vehicle), Kalem (Items), Yanıt (Response). Filter: Ara (Search).
Response statuses
| Response | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Yanıt bekliyor (Awaiting response) | No acceptance/rejection response has been given. |
| Yanıt gönderiliyor (Sending response) | The response is in the queue. |
| Kabul edildi (Accepted) · Kısmen kabul (Partially accepted) · Reddedildi (Rejected) | The response given. |
| Yanıt gönderilemedi (Response could not be sent) | Sending the response failed. |
| Yanıt gerekmez (No response required) | This delivery note does not require a response. |
In the details, the delivery note is matched to a business partner card (a card can be created if there is none), and the acceptance/rejection response is entered line by line; for a short or rejected line without a line reason, a general reason is required.
In the demo installation of the documentation environment, fetching incoming delivery notes is turned off; the list is empty. Sending a response sends a message to the real supplier.
