Vehicles and drivers

The fleet screens hold the vehicles and drivers used on shipments: our own vehicles (owned or leased) and carriers' vehicles; our own drivers and carriers' drivers. The list and creation are in the same place — there is no separate "Create" screen. Records are not deleted; to take one out of use, set it to inactive. Past documents are not affected.

The address of the vehicle screen is /erp/logistics/fleet/vehicles, and that of the driver screen is /erp/logistics/fleet/drivers.

Columns: Plaka (License Plate), Tip (Type), Marka / Model (Make / Model), Sahiplik (Ownership) (the carrier's name for a carrier's vehicle), Kapasite (Capacity) (kg · m³ · pallets), Sıradaki Belge Bitişi (Next Document Expiry), Durum (Status) (Aktif · Pasif (Active · Inactive)). Filters: Ara (Search), Tip (Type), Sahiplik (Ownership), Belge Durumu (Document Status) (Dikkat gerektiren (Needs attention) · Süresi dolmuş (Expired) · Süresi yaklaşan (30 gün) (Expiring soon (30 days)) · Geçerli (Valid)) and Pasifleri göster (Show inactive). Araç Ekle (Add Vehicle) opens the new vehicle window; the row menu İşlemler › Düzenle (Actions › Edit) opens a saved vehicle.

In the next document expiry column, the document status is shown in color: Geçerli (Valid), Süresi yaklaşıyor (Expiring soon), Süresi doldu (Expired); a vehicle without documents shows Belge yok (No documents).

The vehicle window has three tabs:

Kapasite (Capacity)Taşıma Kapasitesi (kg) (Load Capacity (kg)), Hacim (m³) (Volume (m³)), Palet Kapasitesi (Pallet Capacity). Empty = unknown, not zero. A tractor unit's capacity is on its trailer; leave it empty on the tractor unit.
Belgeler (Documents)Document lines: type (Muayene (Inspection), Trafik Sigortası (Compulsory Traffic Insurance), Kasko (Comprehensive Insurance), Takograf (Tachograph), Diğer (Other)), number, Geçerlilik Bitişi (Valid Until) (required), note.

Only active vehicles in our own fleet with a capacity entered are included in load planning.

A user without the identity permission cannot see the national ID and driver's license numbers; the window shows "Kayıtlı — görmek için kimlik izni gerekir" (Recorded — the identity permission is required to view it) or "Kimlik izni gerekir" (Identity permission required).

Rule on shipments: on a shipment executed by our own fleet, a carrier's vehicle and driver cannot be selected; on a carrier shipment, only that carrier's vehicles and drivers can be selected; inactive vehicles and drivers cannot be selected.
