Prerequisites
  • The shipment is in Planlandı (Planned) status.
  • The carriers have a freight agreement valid on the shipment's departure date; for a per-km tariff, the distance is entered on the shipment.

Steps​

  1. In the details of the planned shipment, click Taşıyıcı Seç (Select Carrier).

  2. Select the Sıralama (Ranking): Maliyet (Cost) (the freight calculated from the agreement) or Öncelik (Priority) (the priority on the carrier card).

  3. Compare the Navlun (Freight), Anlaşma (Agreement) and Not (Note) columns. The amount of a carrier marked *Eksik ölçü* (Missing measurement) does not include the basis whose quantity is unknown.

  4. On the row of the carrier you choose, click Ata (Assign).

  5. For the carrier's vehicle and driver, click Düzenle (Edit), select the Araç (Vehicle) and Sürücü (Driver), and click Kaydet (Save).

Result
The shipment proceeds with the selected carrier; its freight appears on the Navlun (Freight) card. If the plan changes later (distance, deliveries, departure date), update the freight with Yeniden Hesapla (Recalculate).

What you need to know​

  • The ranking is a suggestion; the user makes the assignment. If you want to collect bids, select the carriers with İhaleye davet (Invite to tender) and click İhaleye Çıkar (Put Out to Tender): Open a carrier tender.
  • Carrier selection is possible only on a planned shipment.
  • To calculate the freight manually, use Navlunu Hesapla (Calculate Freight) / Yeniden Hesapla (Recalculate) on the Navlun (Freight) card. If there is no valid agreement: "Taşıyıcının seferin çıkış gününde geçerli navlun anlaşması yok." (The carrier has no freight agreement valid on the shipment's departure date.)
  • Once the freight has been included in a settlement, it is not recalculated.
