Load planning

Yük Planlama (Load Planning) prepares a proposal that distributes deliveries not yet assigned to a shipment across the capacity (kg, m³, pallets) of the vehicles in our own fleet. The proposal does not write any documents; loads are converted into transportation documents with Sefer Oluştur (Create Shipment).

Filter and vehicles​

  • Depo (Warehouse) (Bütün depolar (All warehouses)), Sevk tarihi başlangıç (Shipping date from) – Sevk tarihi bitiş (Shipping date to), Rota (Route) (Bütün rotalar (All routes)).
  • Araçlar (Vehicles): the vehicles eligible for planning — active, from our own fleet and with a capacity entered (kg, m³ or pallets). The type and capacity of each vehicle are shown. Hepsini seç (Select all) · Hiçbiri (None). If no vehicle is eligible, "Planlamaya uygun araç yok — aktif, kendi filomuzdan ve kapasitesi girilmiş (kg, m³ ya da palet) araç gerekir." (No vehicle is eligible for planning — an active vehicle from our own fleet with a capacity entered (kg, m³ or pallets) is required.) is displayed.
  • Öneri Oluştur (Create Proposal) prepares the proposal.

Filter rejection messages: "Bitiş tarihi başlangıçtan önce olamaz." (The end date cannot be before the start date.), "En az bir araç seçin." (Select at least one vehicle.)

Proposal​

  • Summary line: "N aday teslimat · N planlandı (N araç) · N planlanamadı" (N candidate deliveries · N planned (N vehicles) · N could not be planned). If the plan found within the time limit has not been proven optimal, "Süre sınırında bulunan iyi plan — en iyisi olduğu kanıtlanmadı; adayları daraltmak planı iyileştirebilir." (A good plan found within the time limit — not proven to be the best; narrowing the candidates may improve the plan.) is displayed.
  • Load card per vehicle: license plate and type, number of deliveries and route, Planlanan çıkış (Planned departure) (can be changed), Ağırlık (Weight), Hacim (Volume), Palet (Pallets) fill bars (value / capacity · percentage) and the delivery table (Teslimat (Delivery), Tarih (Date), Müşteri (Customer), Varış (Destination), Rota (Route), Ağırlık (Weight), Hacim (Volume), Palet (Pallets)). An unpacked delivery is not counted in pallet utilization; the card says so.
  • Sefer Oluştur (Create Shipment) converts that load into a transportation document executed by our own fleet; Tümünü Seferlere Çevir (Convert All to Shipments) converts all loads. The created shipments are listed with links under the Oluşturulan seferler (Created shipments) heading; a load that could not be converted is listed with its reason under Seferleşemeyen yükler (Loads that could not be converted to shipments).
  • Planlanamayan teslimatlar (Deliveries that could not be planned): Teslimat (Delivery), Tarih (Date), Müşteri (Customer), Ağırlık (Weight), Hacim (Volume) and Sebep (Reason) (e.g. "Ağırlığı ya da hacmi bilinmiyor (ölçüsü tanımsız ürün) — kapasitesi tanımlı araca konamaz." (Weight or volume unknown (product without defined dimensions) — cannot be placed on a vehicle with a defined capacity.)).

Weight and volume come from the dimensions on the product card; a delivery carrying a product without dimensions cannot be placed on a vehicle with a defined capacity. Shipments to be executed by a carrier are not opened on this screen, but with Taşıma Belgesi Oluştur (Create Transportation Document).
