Carriers

A carrier is a company from which we purchase transportation. It is not a separate card but the logistics profile of a supplier card: operating license, priority in carrier selection, vehicles and drivers. The card itself (company name, tax ID, address, contacts) is maintained on the Business Partners screen; the company name and tax ID are refreshed from the card.

List​

Columns: Kod (Code), Unvan (Company Name) (tax ID), Yetki Belgesi (Operating License) (status, type, number, expiry), Öncelik (Priority), Araç / Sürücü (Vehicle / Driver) (counts), Durum (Status) (Aktif · Pasif (Active · Inactive)). Filters: Ara (Search), Pasifleri göster (Show inactive). There is no delete — to take a carrier out of use, set it to inactive.

Tedarikçi Kartı (Supplier Card) (required)An active supplier from the Tedarikçi Seç (Select Supplier) window. A card that is already a carrier appears with the warning "Zaten taşıyıcı olarak kayıtlı" (Already registered as a carrier). Once the link is created, it cannot be changed. If there is no card, first create it as a supplier in Business Partners.
Yetki Belgesi (Operating License)Type (up to 8 letters/digits, e.g. K1, L2, R1) and number.
Geçerlilik Bitişi (Valid Until)The expiry of the operating license; the list shows its status.
Öncelik (Priority)1–99; 1 is the highest priority, empty = last in the ranking. The basis of the Öncelik (Priority) ranking in carrier selection.
Aktif (Active) · Not (Note)An inactive carrier cannot be selected on a shipment.

Oluştur (Create) (Kaydet (Save) when editing). The carrier's tender e-mails go to the contact on the card.
