Delivery monitor

Teslimat İzleme (Delivery Monitor) shows outbound deliveries stage by stage, from goods issue to delivery. The stage comes from the status of the delivery and of the shipment; the screen does not write any documents.

Filters​

  • Depo (Warehouse) — Bütün depolar (All warehouses) or a single warehouse.
  • Geriye bakış (Look-back) — Son 7 gün (Last 7 days), Son 30 gün (Last 30 days) (default), Son 90 gün (Last 90 days). The look-back is the goods issue window for the "not assigned to a shipment" and "awaiting confirmation" stages.

Stages​

At the top there is a card for each stage (number of deliveries and, if any, "N gecikmiş" (N overdue)); below are the oldest deliveries of each stage:

Table columns: Teslimat (Delivery), Müşteri (Customer), Depo (Warehouse), the stage's date column, Yaş (gün) (Age (days)), Sefer (Shipment). On an overdue row, a Gecikmiş (Overdue) badge appears next to the delivery number. If a stage has no records, "Bu aşamada teslimat yok." (There are no deliveries in this stage.) is displayed.

Reference check​

Logistics stores records of other modules (cards, orders, items) by ID. Denetle (Check) counts whether these links still resolve: the Bağ (Link), Denetlenen (Checked), Yetim (Orphaned), Örnek (Sample) columns and the check time. The check does not repair anything; it only reports.
