Prerequisites
  • The product card is active, is a stock item, and is not a configurable parent card.
  • The product is not in the scope of an open physical inventory count in that warehouse.

A goods receipt without a reference document; goods from a supplier are normally received with a goods receipt linked to the purchase order. Use this screen for receipts without an order (samples, found goods, returned consumption).

Steps

  1. Open the Stok Yönetimi › Mal Hareketleri › Mal Girişi (Inventory › Goods Movements › Goods Receipt) screen.
    Open screen/erp/inventory/movements/new/receipt
  2. Type the code in the Ürün (Product) field and press Enter, select it from the list and press Enter again. To search in the picker, press F4.
EnterÜrünValue: HAM-0070Expected: Lot Takipli (Lot-managed) and Temel birim: KG (Base unit: KG) badges; for a quality-controlled card, 'Bu ürün kalite kontrol gerektiriyor.' (This product requires quality control.)
  3. Select the Depo (Warehouse) and, if needed, the Lokasyon (Storage Location).
    SelectDepoValue: KIMYA — Kimya Deposu / IBC-ALANI
  4. Select the Stok Durumu (Stock Status) or leave it blank: if blank, the receipt is posted to the default status (SIFIR), or to KARANTINA status for a card subject to quality control.
    SelectStok Durumu
  5. Enter the Miktar (Quantity); the unit is selected from the card's units.
    EnterMiktarValue: 400
  6. For a lot-managed card, enter the Lot Numarası (Lot Number), Üretim Tarihi (Production Date), Son Kullanma Tarihi (Expiry Date) and Tedarikçi Lot No (Supplier Lot No). For a serial-managed card, scan the Seri Numaraları (Serial Numbers) and press Ekle (Add).
    EnterLot NumarasıValue: SLES-2611-004

    4. 4Quantity
    5. 5Lot number — created by this receipt if new
    6. 6Expiry date
    7. 7Post Goods Receipt
  7. If needed, enter an Açıklama (Description) and click Mal Girişi Kaydet (Save Goods Receipt).
ClickMal Girişi KaydetExpected: Mal giriş hareketi başarıyla oluşturuldu. Hareket No: … (The goods receipt movement was created successfully. Movement No: …)
Result
A receipt movement of type Mal Kabul (Goods Receipt) is posted to the stock ledger; stock increases in the selected warehouse, storage location and status. If the lot is received for the first time, a lot record is created. For a quality-controlled card, the receipt is in KARANTINA status and an inspection lot is opened; the goods become available with a quality decision.

What you need to know

  • Demo example: HAM-0070 SLES %70, 400 KG, KIMYA / IBC-ALANI, lot SLES-2611-004 (expiry date 20.04.2028) was received with the status left blank; because the card is quality-controlled, the receipt was posted to KARANTINA status and inspection lot KP-2026-000001 was opened.
  • Lot information (production date, expiry date, supplier lot) is saved only when the lot is created for the first time; if an existing lot number is entered, the existing information is kept.
  • The form has no unit cost; a quantity received without a cost appears as an assumption in the stock value.
  • If a status other than quarantine is selected for a quality-controlled card: "'{kod}' kalite kontrolü şartlı — giriş yalnız karantina durumuna yazılabilir. Seçilen durum: '{durum}'. Mal muayeneden sonra kalite kararıyla kullanılabilir stoğa alınır." ('{kod}' is subject to quality control — the receipt can only be posted to quarantine status. Selected status: '{durum}'. After inspection, the goods are moved to available stock with a quality decision.)
  • An incorrect receipt is not deleted; it is corrected with an opposite goods issue or a stock adjustment.
