Reservations

A reservation is an advance notice of material that will be withdrawn from the warehouse on a given date (maintenance, consumption, cost center, or a request for movement between warehouses). It does not lock stock and does not create an allocation; an open issue reservation counts as demand in Malzeme İhtiyaçları (Material Requirements). The goods move when the warehouse manager withdraws them against the reservation.

Columns: Rezervasyon No (Reservation No.; RZV-yyyy-nnnnnn), İhtiyaç Tarihi (Requirement Date; "Gecikti" (Overdue) if overdue), Amaç (Purpose), Durum (Status), Depo (Warehouse), Teslim Alan (Recipient), Kalem (Lines), Talep Eden (Requested By), Kayıt Zamanı (Created At). Filters: Ara (Search), Durum (Status: Tümü / Açık olanlar / individual statuses (All / Open ones / …)), Amaç (Purpose), İhtiyaç (Requirement: start / end).

Amaç (Purpose): Mal Çıkışı (Goods Issue; issue for consumption, maintenance or a cost center) · Depolar Arası Transfer (Transfer Between Warehouses; single-step transfer; at withdrawal, the goods are moved to the target warehouse, with no stock in transit).

The line status is Açık (Open) or Kapalı (Closed). If Son çekme (Final withdrawal) is selected in the withdrawal dialog, the remainder is no longer expected and the line is closed.

Fields: Rezervasyon No (Reservation No.), Durum (Status), Amaç (Purpose), İhtiyaç Tarihi (Requirement Date), Çıkış Deposu (Issuing Warehouse), Hedef Depo (Target Warehouse), Teslim Alan (Recipient), Talep Eden (Requested By), Kayıt Zamanı (Created At), Kapanış Gerekçesi (Closing Reason), Açıklama (Description). The Kalemler (Lines) table: Ürün (Product), Miktar (Quantity), Çekilen (Withdrawn), Kalan (Remaining), Birim (Unit), Durum (Status). The Hareketler (Movements) table shows the trace of the withdrawals in the stock ledger (Tarih (Date), Ürün (Product), Yön (Direction), Depo (Warehouse), Lokasyon (Storage Location), Lot (Batch), Miktar (Quantity), Kaydeden (Posted By)).

Withdrawal dialog​

Title "Mal Çıkışı — {no} / {n}. kalem" (Goods Issue — {no} / line {n}) or "Transfer — …". Fields: Çekme Tarihi (Withdrawal Date; mandatory), Lokasyon (Storage Location; with the "Lokasyonsuz" (No storage location) option), Stok Durumu (Stock Status; mandatory), Miktar (Quantity; defaults to the remainder), for transfers Hedef Lokasyon (Target Storage Location), Son çekme (Final withdrawal), batch or serial number selection. Button Çıkışı Kaydet (Save Issue) / Transferi Kaydet (Save Transfer). Stock effect: a Sarf / Çıkış (Consumption / Issue) movement for the Mal Çıkışı (Goods Issue) purpose, a Transfer movement for transfers; source document "Rezervasyon" (Reservation).
