Required permission
erp-inventory-lots.edit
erp-inventory-lots.release
Prerequisites
  • The erp-inventory-lots.edit permission to block, and the erp-inventory-lots.release permission to release the block (Active).

Block a lot to stop its use for damaged packaging, a questionable analysis or a batch whose expiry date has passed.

Steps

  1. On the Stok Yönetimi › Stok Görünümü › Lotlar (Inventory › Stock Overview › Lots) screen, find the lot (Ara (Search): lot number, supplier lot, stock code) and click its number.
    OpenLotlarValue: SLES-2611-005
    Lots list
    1. 1Lot status filter
    2. 2Expiry (latest) — expiring lots
    3. 3Expiry date
    4. 4Open the lot
  2. In the lot details, click Durumu Değiştir (Change Status).
    ClickDurumu Değiştir
  3. From the Yeni durum (New status) list, select Bloke (Blocked) (to stop its use) or Aktif (Active) (to release the block).
    SelectYeni durumValue: Bloke
    Lot status dialog
    1. 1Current status
    2. 2New status — Active or Blocked
    3. 3Change Status — writes no stock movement
  4. Confirm with Durumu Değiştir (Change Status) in the window.
ClickDurumu DeğiştirExpected: The details show the banner 'Bu lot bloke. Mal çıkış ve transfer işlemlerinde kullanılamaz.' (This lot is blocked. It cannot be used in goods issue and transfer transactions.)
    Blocked lot detail
    1. 1Blocked — not usable in issue or transfer
    2. 2Opens the traceability report
    3. 3Change Status — Active / Blocked
    4. 4Stock distribution — warehouses and locations
Result
The status of the lot changes. A blocked lot cannot be selected in goods issues, transfers and deliveries; the stock stays where it is. A status change does not post a stock movement and does not change quantities.

What you need to know

  • Demo example: lot SLES-2611-005 of HAM-0070 (50 KG, dented drum) was set to Bloke (Blocked).
  • Only Aktif (Active) and Bloke (Blocked) can be set manually; Karantina (Quarantine), Süresi Dolmuş (Expired) and Tükenmiş (Depleted) come from other processes and are for information only.
  • There is no reason field; if an explanation is needed, use the lot's Özellikler (Characteristics) section or the related quality notification.
  • If a goods issue from a blocked lot is attempted: "'{lot}' lotu bloke — çıkış yapılamaz." (Lot '{lot}' is blocked — it cannot be issued.)
  • Permission messages: "Lotu bloke etme yetkiniz yok." (You do not have permission to block the lot.) · "Lotu kullanılabilir yapma (blokeyi çözme) yetkiniz yok — Stok Kontrol'ün işi." (You do not have permission to make the lot usable (release the block) — this is Inventory Control's job.)
  • Lot status is different from stock status: stock in quarantine is released not by the lot status but by a quality decision.
