Warehouse execution
The movement of goods from bin to bin inside the warehouse is managed with warehouse tasks: putaway (from the goods receipt area to the shelf), picking (from a wave to the shipping staging area) and internal warehouse movement. Creating a task does not post a stock movement and does not lock stock; the confirmation posts a Transfer movement from bin to bin within the same warehouse (source document "Depo Görevi" (Warehouse Task)). Capacity, quarantine and stock sufficiency are checked at the time of confirmation.

List columns: Görev No (Task No.), Tür (Type), Durum (Status), Ürün (Product), Kalan / Miktar (Remaining / Quantity), Kaynak → Hedef (Source → Destination), Kaynak Belge (Source Document), Atanan (Assignee), Kayıt Zamanı (Created At). Detail buttons: Üstlen (Take Over), Bırak (Release), Onayla (Confirm), Ata (Assign), İptal Et (Cancel; only for a task that has never been confirmed). The confirmation dialog contains the destination bin, batch, serial numbers, and Kalanı farkla kapat (rafta bulunamadı) (Close the remainder as a difference (not found on the shelf)) + Fark gerekçesi (Difference reason) — the difference is not a stock movement; the goods remain in the source bin, and the correction is made with a physical inventory count.
Depo Görevi Oluştur (Create Warehouse Task; internal warehouse movement): Depo (Warehouse) → Kaynak göz (Source bin) → Gözdeki stok (Stock in bin) → Hedef göz (Destination bin; proposed, or to be selected at confirmation) → Not (Note); button Görevi Oluştur (Create Task).
For task-based putaway, Görevli yerleştirme (Task-based putaway) must be enabled in the warehouse settings and a Mal kabul alanı (Goods receipt area) bin must be defined (Warehouses).
Waves
A wave is a document that releases open sales order lines (or open deliveries) for picking together; the picked goods are allocated to the line. Statuses: Açık (Open) · Tamamlandı (Completed) · İptal Edildi (Cancelled). Creation: Depo (Warehouse), Kaynak (Source: Sipariş kalemleri / Açık teslimatlar (Order lines / Open deliveries)), Planlanan sevk (en geç) (Planned shipment (latest)), İstenen teslim (en geç) (Requested delivery (latest)), line table; button Dalgayı Oluştur (Create Wave). A wave cannot be opened if the warehouse has no shipping staging area bin. İptal Et (Cancel) is available only for an open wave from which nothing has been picked yet, and requires a reason.
Warehouse Monitor
Select a warehouse to see open tasks, goods waiting in areas, filling bins and the differences of the last 7 days on a single screen. Tiles: Açık yerleştirme (Open putaway), Açık toplama (Open picking), Açık taşıma (Open movement), Atanmamış (Unassigned), Açık dalga (Open wave), Bugün onaylanan (Confirmed today), Son 7 gün fark (Differences in the last 7 days), Mal kabulde görevsiz (In goods receipt without a task). A tile opens the related list. Otomatik yenile (60 sn) (Auto refresh (60 s)) is optional.

batch / serial numbers → enter the quantity → scan the destination bin → Onayla (Confirm).
