erp-inventory-movements.createPrerequisites
- There is enough stock in the source status; the target status is active.
The stock status is the physical condition of the goods (new, second-hand, repaired…). A status change changes the segment of the goods without moving them.
Steps
- Open the Stok Yönetimi › Mal Hareketleri › Stok Durumu Değişimi (Inventory › Goods Movements › Stock Status Change) screen and select the Ürün (Product).
- Select the Depo (Warehouse) and, if needed, the Lokasyon (Storage Location). The location does not change.
- Select the Kaynak Stok Durumu (zorunlu) (Source Stock Status (mandatory)) and the Hedef Stok Durumu (zorunlu) (Target Stock Status (mandatory)); they must be different.
- Enter the Miktar (Quantity) in the base unit and an Açıklama (Description).
Stock Status Change - 1Warehouse — location does not change
- 2Source stock status
- 3Target stock status — must differ
- 4Quantity — in base unit
- 5Change Stock Status
- Click Stok Durumunu Değiştir (Change Stock Status).
Result
A pair of Stok Durumu Değişimi (Stock Status Change) movements is posted to the ledger: an issue from the source status and a receipt into the target status. The warehouse and storage location stay the same; the lot and serial number identity is preserved.
What you need to know
- Demo example: TIC-0008 LED Projektör, 2 ADET, MERKEZ, SIFIR → IKINCIEL ("Fuar teşhir ürünü" (Trade fair display item)).
- The source and target cannot be the same: "Durum değişiminin kaynağı ile hedefi aynı olamaz." (The source and target of a status change cannot be the same.) You cannot change to an inactive status.
- Goods in quarantine are made available with a quality decision; a quality decision also posts a status change in the background, but it is recorded with a reason and a second signature.
- The quantity is always in the card's base unit.
