Stock balance
The current stock situation — broken down by warehouse, storage location, stock status and batch. The balance is read-only; every change happens through a stock movement.

- 3Only rows with stock
- 4Available = On hand − Reserved
- 5Cost columns — cost permission only
Each row is a balance row: item × warehouse × storage location × stock status × batch. Columns: Stok Kodu (Item Code), Stok Adı (Item Name), Depo (Warehouse), Lokasyon (Storage Location), Stok Durumu (Stock Status), Lot (Batch), Mevcut (On Hand), Rezerve (Reserved), Kullanılabilir (Available), Birim (Unit), Ort. Maliyet (Avg. Cost), Stok Değeri (Stock Value), Son Hareket (Last Movement).
| Quantity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Mevcut (On Hand) | Physical quantity. |
| Rezerve (Reserved) | Quantity allocated to a document (such as production output linked to a sales order). |
| Kullanılabilir (Available) | On Hand − Reserved; calculated on the server. Stock in the quarantine segment is blocked for shipment, consumption and transfer. |
- Filters: Ürün (Product), Depo (Warehouse), Tesis (Plant; if there are several plants), Stok Durumu (Stock Status), Yalnız stoklu satırlar (Only rows with stock).
- Ort. Maliyet (Avg. Cost) and Stok Değeri (Stock Value) are visible only with the cost permission. A row that has not been valuated shows "—"; if part of the value is an assumption, it is prefixed with "~" (an assumption from the moving average for a quantity that was received without a known cost).
- Clicking a row opens the stock details of the item.

At the top: Toplam Mevcut (Total On Hand), Toplam Rezerve (Total Reserved), Toplam Kullanılabilir (Total Available) (in the item's base unit). If the warehouse holds supplier consignment stock, it is shown separately — it is not included in the company's stock. The Depo / Lokasyon / Lot Kırılımı (Warehouse / Storage Location / Batch Breakdown) table: Depo (Warehouse), Lokasyon (Storage Location), Lot (Batch), Mevcut (On Hand), Rezerve (Reserved), Kullanılabilir (Available), (with the cost permission) Ort. Maliyet (Avg. Cost) and Değer (Value), Son Hareket (Last Movement).
Stock Allocations
Stok Yönetimi › Stok Görünümü › Stok Tahsisleri (Inventory Management › Stock Overview › Stock Allocations)
(/erp/inventory/reservations). Stock set aside for a specific document: the goods stay in the warehouse but cannot be
shipped to anyone else. An allocation is not created manually — it arises from the output of a production order
linked to a sales order.
Columns: Sahip Belge (Owning Document; document no. + counterparty), Stok Kodu (Item Code), Depo (Warehouse), Lot (Batch), Tutulan (Held), Tahsis (Allocated), Sevk Edilen (Shipped), Bırakılan (Released). Filters: Ürün (Product), Depo (Warehouse), Çözülmüşleri de göster (Also show released ones).
The Serbest Bırak (Release; with permission) dialog: "Tahsis serbest bırakılsın mı?" (Release the allocation?) — Serbest Bırakma Gerekçesi (Release Reason) is mandatory. The goods physically stay where they are; the quantity returns to the common stock and can be shipped against another document. This step cannot be undone. No movement is posted to the stock ledger; only Reserved decreases and Available increases.
Rejection messages: "Tahsisi elle serbest bırakmak için gerekçe zorunludur." (A reason is mandatory to release an allocation manually.) · "Tahsisin kalanı aşılıyor. Kalan: {x}, istenen: {y}." (The remainder of the allocation is exceeded. Remaining: {x}, requested: {y}.) · "Tahsis bu ekranda görüntülendikten sonra değişti. Sayfayı yenileyip tekrar deneyin." (The allocation changed after it was displayed on this screen. Refresh the page and try again.)
A reservation on the Rezervasyonlar (Reservations) screen does not lock stock; it only announces the requirement. An allocation actually sets the stock aside for a document and reduces the Available quantity.
