Prerequisites
  • Available stock exists in the selected warehouse, storage location and status; the stock is not in quarantine.
  • The product is not in the scope of an open physical inventory count in that warehouse.

A goods issue without a reference document (sample, maintenance consumption, expense). Sales deliveries and production consumption are posted from their own documents; for planned consumption, a reservation can be created first.

Steps​

  1. Open the Stok Yönetimi › Mal Hareketleri › Mal Çıkışı (Inventory › Goods Movements › Goods Issue) screen.

  2. Select the Ürün (Product).

  3. Select the Depo (Warehouse) and the Lokasyon (Storage Location).

  4. From the Stok Durumu (zorunlu) (Stock Status (mandatory)) list, select the segment the stock will be reduced from. Check the status breakdown in the Mevcut Stok (Current Stock) panel.

  5. For a lot-managed card, select the lot from the list; the first eligible lot carries the FEFO önerisi (FEFO suggestion) badge. For a serial-managed card, select the serial numbers to be issued.

  6. Enter the Miktar (Quantity) and the purpose of the issue in Açıklama (Description), then click Mal Çıkışı Kaydet (Save Goods Issue).

Result
A Sarf / Çıkış (Consumption / Issue) movement is posted to the stock ledger; the stock and lot quantity in the selected status decrease. In Stok Hareketleri (Stock Movements), the movement's source appears as 'Manuel Stok İşlemi' (Manual Stock Transaction).

What you need to know​

  • Demo example: 20 KG of HAM-0070 was issued from KIMYA / IBC-ALANI, SIFIR, from the FEFO-suggested lot SLES-2609-011. The 450 KG in KARANTINA status in the same warehouse (lots SLES-2611-004 and -005) could not be selected in the list.
  • Lots are sorted with the nearest expiry date first (FEFO); the choice is yours. A Bloke (Blocked) lot cannot be selected; a lot past its expiry date can be selected with a warning.
  • There is no negative stock: "'{kod}' kartının '{durum}' durumunda yeterli stok yok. Mevcut: {x}, istenen: {y}." (There is not enough stock of card '{kod}' in status '{durum}'. Available: {x}, requested: {y}.)
  • Stock in quarantine cannot be issued: "'{kod}' kartının '{durum}' durumundaki stoğu karantinada — sevk edilemez, sarf edilemez, transfer edilemez. Önce kalite kararı verilmeli (serbest bırak ya da reddet)." (The stock of card '{kod}' in status '{durum}' is in quarantine — it cannot be shipped, consumed or transferred. A quality decision must be made first (release or reject).)
  • If no status is selected: "Çıkış ve transfer hareketlerinde stok durumu zorunludur — hangi segmentten düşüleceği varsayılamaz." (The stock status is mandatory for issue and transfer movements — the segment to reduce cannot be assumed.)
  • A quantity allocated to another document cannot be used; the allocation must be released from Stok Tahsisleri (Stock Allocations).
