Prerequisites
  • The sales order is in Onaylandı (Approved) status and has no credit block.
  • The products to be shipped are in available stock in the warehouse to be selected.

This is the single-step path: the delivery and the goods issue are posted together. If picking and packing are performed separately in the warehouse, use the two-step path: create open deliveries, then post the goods issue. The Mal çıkışı sonra: açık teslimat (Goods issue later: open delivery) link on the form also leads to that path.

Steps

  1. In the details of the approved sales order, click Teslimat Oluştur (Create Delivery).
ClickTeslimat OluşturExpected: The Yeni Teslimat (New Delivery) form opens; the recipient and address come from the sales order

    1. 1Create Delivery — with goods issue
    2. 2Open Production Order — make to order
    3. 3Shipped and remaining quantity
    4. 4Linked documents — quotation, delivery, production order
  2. From the Depo (Warehouse) list, select the warehouse from which the goods will be issued. All lines of a delivery are issued from the same warehouse.
    SelectDepoValue: MERKEZ — Merkez Depo
  3. For each line, click Dağılım Ekle (Add Allocation); enter the Lokasyon (Storage Location), the stock Durum (Status) and the Miktar (Quantity). For a lot-managed product, FEFO ile Dağıt (Allocate by FEFO) splits the remaining quantity across the lots with the nearest expiry dates; for a serial-managed product, select the serial numbers.
    ClickDağılım Ekle
  4. Check the allocation total at the bottom of the form and click Teslimatı Kaydet (Save Delivery).
    ClickTeslimatı Kaydet

    2. 2Output — delivery note
    3. 3Issued lots and serial numbers
    4. 4Proof of delivery — signed delivery note
Result
The delivery is saved with number SV-yyyy-nnnnnn, and the goods issue is processed at the same time: stock is reduced, and the Sevk Edilen (Shipped) quantity of the sales order increases. The delivery appears in Faturalanmamış Teslimatlar (Unbilled Deliveries); the next step is the invoice or the invoice reference.

What you need to know

  • Partial delivery is allowed: the remaining quantity stays open on the sales order and is shipped with a later delivery.
  • Sipariş Ekle (Add Order) adds other open sales orders of the same customer in the same currency to the same delivery note.
  • The availability information on the form is for information only; it is checked again at the time of posting. If stock is insufficient, posting is rejected.
  • A posted delivery cannot be changed; an error is corrected with Teslimat Düzeltmesi Oluştur (Create Delivery Correction), and a return with İade Al (Receive Return).
