Service confirmations

Service lines such as installation, commissioning or training are not issued from a warehouse; they are fulfilled by a service confirmation rather than a delivery. The confirmation records "this much has been completed" on the service line of the sales order and is the source of the invoice. No stock movement is posted. A third-party line shipped directly by the supplier is confirmed the same way, for the quantity the supplier has confirmed.

A confirmation originates from the sales order: there is no "Create" entry in the menu. The Hizmeti Tamamla (Complete Service) button on the details of an approved sales order opens the confirmation — for the steps, see Complete a service.

Service line on the sales order details

On an approved sales order with a service line, the Sevk Edilen (Shipped) column of the line table is renamed Tamamlanan (Completed). If the sales order contains only service lines, Teslimat Oluştur (Create Delivery) is not shown and Hizmeti Tamamla (Complete Service) is the primary button; on a sales order that mixes stock and service lines, both are shown.
