Supplier prices and source list

Tedarikçi Fiyatları (Supplier Prices) is the master data that answers the question "at what price and in how many days do we buy this item from this supplier". The agreed price in the record is brought to the order line as a proposal; the user can change it. A decision made in a request for quotation automatically updates the winning supplier's record. Kaynak Listesi ve Kota (Source List and Quota), on the other hand, determines per item which suppliers it can be ordered from and how orders are split between suppliers.

Fiyat Geçmişi (Price History) shows the price evidence of the record with its document: goods receipt (MK-…, actual purchase), service receipt (HK-…) and quotation decision (TKL-…, agreed price). The evidence of a reversed receipt is marked and is not included in the last purchase calculation.

Where the price comes from and where it goes

  • Order form: When the item and supplier are selected, the agreed price is proposed as the Birim Fiyat (Unit Price) in the line's unit.
  • Quotation decision: The discounted net price and lead time of the winning quotation become the agreed price. Example: after the TKL-2026-000001 decision, the HAM-0001 / T-0001 record was updated from 1,150.00 to 1,115.50 TRY, and the lead time to 5 days.
  • Goods receipt: The Son Alış (Last Purchase) information is updated.
  • Talep Kaynak Ataması (Requisition Source Assignment): The price of the draft order line comes from here.

When an Ürün (Item) is selected:

  • The Kaynaklar (Sources) table shows the item's supplier price records: Tedarikçi (Supplier), Durum (Status; Ana (sabit kaynak) (Main (fixed source)) · Kullanılabilir (Available) · Bloke (Blocked)), Fiyat (Price), Termin (Lead Time), Kota (Quota), Oran (Ratio). At the top is Sıradaki kaynak (Next source) — the supplier the system proposes for the next order (quota, main supplier or single source).
  • Kaynak listesi zorunlu (Source list mandatory): If selected, the item is ordered only from a supplier that has a record and is not blocked; an order with a supplier without a record is rejected with the message "'X' için kaynak listesi zorunlu — tedarikçi listede yok …" (A source list is mandatory for 'X' — the supplier is not in the list …).
  • Kota düzenlemesi (Quota arrangement): Valid from and to, a Kota (Quota; 0–100) per supplier and a Başlangıç miktarı (Starting quantity). The next order goes to the smallest ratio: (allocation + starting quantity) ÷ quota; the allocation is calculated in the base unit from orders submitted for approval or finalized within the quota window. A supplier appears only once in the quota, and at least one quota must be greater than zero.

Kaydet (Save) saves the rules (erp-procurement-sourcing.edit).
