Prerequisites
  • The user can view the purchase price (the Çıktı (Output) menu is not available to a user who cannot).
  • For e-mail, SMTP is defined in Yönetim › Özelleştirme › Genel › E-posta Ayarları (Administration › Customization › General › E-mail Settings).

In CoreX there is no separate status that marks an order as "sent": the Sipariş Verildi (Ordered) status means that the order has been placed with the supplier. The document itself is delivered to the supplier from the Çıktı (Output) menu. The PDF is generated on the server; if a saved form template exists, it is printed with that template.

Steps​

  1. Open the order details and click Çıktı (Output) at the top right.

  2. For paper or a file, select Yazdır (Print) or PDF İndir (Download PDF). The PDF file is named Satin-Alma-Siparisi-SA-….pdf.

  3. To send by e-mail, select E-posta ile Gönder (Send by E-mail); fill in Kime (To; several addresses separated by commas), the optional Bilgi (CC) (CC), Konu (Subject) and İleti (Message).

  4. Click Gönder (Send).

Result
The e-mail with the PDF attached is added to the sending queue; its result appears in the Çıktılar (Outputs) section of the order details (updated with Yenile (Refresh)).

What you need to know​

  • If SMTP is not defined, the window shows the warning "SMTP tanımlı değil — e-posta gönderilemez." (SMTP is not defined — e-mail cannot be sent.) and provides the E-posta Ayarları'nı aç (Open E-mail Settings) link (SMTP is not defined in the demo environment).
  • An e-mail can also be sent from a draft order; send only a finalized order to the supplier as a commercial order.
  • Excel İndir (Download Excel) provides the order items as a table.
