Prerequisites
  • The order is in Taslak (Draft) status (an order in Onay Bekliyor (Pending Approval) must first be rejected and returned to draft).

Only a draft order can be edited. On a finalized order, supplier, item, quantity, unit, price and VAT are locked; the server rejects changes with the message "Yalnız Taslak durumundaki satın alma siparişleri düzenlenebilir." (Only purchase orders in Draft status can be edited.)

Steps​

  1. In the details of the draft order, click Düzenle (Edit).

  2. Change the header fields (Tedarikçi (Supplier), Sipariş Tarihi (Order Date), and on the tabs Teslim Deposu (Delivery Warehouse), Vade (Payment Term), Teslim Şekli (Incoterms)…) or the items. To add a line, use Satır Ekle (Add Line); to delete one, use the line's sil (delete) button.

  3. Click Değişiklikleri Kaydet (Save Changes).

  4. Return to the details with Detaya dön (Back to details) and finalize the order.

The draft is updated; the status remains Taslak (Draft).

If a finalized order needs to change​

What you need to know​

  • When you leave the form without saving, the system asks: you can stay on the page, save and leave, or discard the changes.
  • On a concurrent change, the message "Bu satın alma siparişi bu sırada başka bir kullanıcı tarafından değiştirildi. Sayfayı yenileyip tekrar deneyin." (This purchase order was changed by another user in the meantime. Refresh the page and try again.) is returned.
