Units and permissions

  • The roles assigned to a unit are added to the effective permissions of every user in the unit; the change applies to all members immediately.
  • Only the user's own unit counts: the roles of a parent unit are not passed down to a person in a sub-unit.
  • The user who is the unit's Yönetici (Manager) automatically receives the permission to view and edit service calls.
  • Roles that come from the unit are not shown in the Roller (Roles) column of the Kullanıcılar (Users) list. When looking for the reason why a person holds a permission, also check their unit and the unit's roles.
