Belge türünün onay izni (ör. erp-sales-quotations.approve, erp-procurement-orders.approve)Prerequisites
- You are an approver of the document's current stage (you hold the role, you are named in the stage, or you are the approver's delegate today).
- You did not submit the document for approval yourself (for approval; rejecting is always allowed).
The decision is always made on the document's detail page: you sign off while seeing the document's content. The server shows the Onayla (Approve) and Reddet (Reject) buttons depending on whether you can vote on this stage right now.
Steps
- Open the Yönetim › Onay Süreci › Onayımı Bekleyenler (Administration › Approval Process › Awaiting My Approval) screen. The list shows the documents whose turn has come and that are waiting for your decision, the longest-waiting first. The link in the notification also opens the document directly.
Pending My Approval — the approver’s queue - 1Document — click to open
- 2Submitter and date
- 3Stage, template and stage name
- 4How long the stage has waited
- Click the number in the Belge (Document) column to open the document. The banner at the top shows which stage is waiting, and the Onaylar (Approvals) card shows the previous votes.
Quotation pending approval — current stage and rounds - 1Decision buttons — server decides (submitter cannot approve)
- 2Who it is waiting for
- 3Current round — awaiting decision
- 4Previous round — rejection and reason kept
- To approve, click Onayla (Approve). The Onay verilsin mi? (Approve?) dialog shows the document and its amount; optionally enter a Not (isteğe bağlı) (Note, optional) and confirm with Onayla (Approve) in the dialog.
Approve confirmation — optional note - 1Document and amount being approved
- 2Note — saved with the approval
- 3Approve — last stage moves the document on
- To reject, click Reddet (Reject), enter the Red gerekçesi (Rejection reason) and confirm with Reddet (Reject) in the dialog.
Reject confirmation — reason required - 1Rejection reason — sent to the submitter
- 2Reject — document returns to draft at the threshold
Result
Your vote is recorded in the stage and appears on the Onaylar (Approvals) card with your name, decision, time and note (e.g. "Demo Onaylayıcı · Onayladı · 02.11.2026 01:13"). With the final approval, the document moves to its next status (e.g. Gönderildi (Sent) for a quotation) and a notification is sent to the sender; on rejection it returns to draft.
Demo example: Demo Kullanıcı submitted ST-2026-000005 for approval; Demo Onaylayıcı (Administrator) opened it from Onayımı Bekleyenler (Awaiting My Approval) and approved it with a note, and the quotation became Gönderildi (Sent).
- 1Sent automatically on final approval
- 2Can now be converted to an order
- 3Vote: approver, decision, time
- 4Approval note
What you need to know
- If you submitted the document for approval, only Reddet (Reject) is shown (segregation of duties). For a sales quotation, the quotation's sales representative cannot approve either.
- You vote once in a stage. If the stage requires several approvals ("2 onay gerekli" — 2 approvals required), the document waits for the other approvers; the card shows "Karar bekleniyor — 1/2 onay" (Decision pending — 1/2 approvals).
- If you vote as a delegate, the dialog states on whose behalf you are voting; the vote counts as the approver's and appears in the trail as "(… adına)" (on behalf of …).
- A vote cast by escalation (with the higher approver role) appears in the trail as "(eskalasyonla)" (by escalation).
- There is no bulk approval. On a phone, the same decision is made from the mobile Onaylarım (My Approvals) screen.
