Customer and supplier records come in a single-sheet workbook ("İş Ortakları" — Business Partners). Ship-to addresses, contact persons, price list assignments, supplier prices and orders are linked to the record — this workbook is loaded before them.

  • Only Kod is required. A column that is not in the file does not change on the record; if the column exists but the cell is empty, the field is cleared. This way, the identity and address of thousands of records can be filled in bulk with a file containing only the Kod · KimlikTuru · VergiNo · Il · Ilce columns.
  • Keep the VKN/TCKN (tax ID / national ID), phone and postal code columns in Text format (so that leading 0s are not dropped and numbers do not turn into scientific notation) — the template and the Mevcut kartları indir (Download existing records) file already write these columns as text. Save the file as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx); CSV is not accepted.
  • The import is all or nothing: while there are invalid rows, no record is written ("… satır geçersiz. Aktarım hep ya da hiç: bunlar düzeltilmeden hiçbir kart yazılmaz." — … rows are invalid. The import is all or nothing: no record is written until these are corrected.). This screen has no "import skipping invalid rows" option.

The screen has two sections: 1 · Şablonu ya da mevcut kartları indir (Download the template or existing records; Boş şablon (Empty template), Mevcut kartları indir (Download existing records)) and 2 · Doldurulmuş dosyayı yükle (Upload the completed file; Dosya seç (Choose file), Kontrol et (Validate), Aktar (Import)), with the Alan kılavuzu (Field guide) below.

Columns​

The tables are generated from the same source as the system's Alan Kılavuzu (Field Guide) tab. If a column with Required: Yes is left empty, the row becomes Hatalı (Invalid). All cells are read as text; Evet/Hayır (Yes/No) columns accept no other value, and in a column with a list of allowed values the spelling must match the list.
