# Monitoring screens

> The İşlem Kayıtları (Audit Log — the trail of record changes) and Erişim Günlüğü (Access Log — sign-in, failed sign-in, lock, sign-out) screens.

Both screens open with the `audit.view` permission. Among the predefined roles, **Yönetici** (Administrator) and
**Denetçi (Salt Okunur)** (Auditor (Read-Only)) hold this permission.

## Access Log

**Yönetim › İzleme › Erişim Günlüğü** (Administration › Monitoring › Access Log) (`/access-log`). The screen's hint:
"Giriş, çıkış, başarısız deneme, kilitlenme ve oturum iptali. Kayıtlar 2 yıl saklanır; parola hiçbir alanda tutulmaz"
(Sign-in, sign-out, failed attempt, lockout and session revocation. Records are kept for 2 years; the password is not
stored in any field).

When investigating a user's sign-in problem, first search for that person's email here: the description shows whether
it is a wrong password, a lock or a disabled account.

## Audit Log

kaydı — kullanıcı bazlı filtrelenebilir" (System-wide audit trail — can be filtered by user).

Columns: **Zaman** (Time), **Kullanıcı** (User), **İşlem** (Action), **Varlık** (Entity), **Değişen alanlar** (Changed
fields), **Ayrıntı** (Details). The eye icon on the row (**Değişikliği göster** — Show change) opens the old and new
values of the fields.

Example: the row in the screenshot is the demo sales representative changing their password at first sign-in — the
**Güvenlik Damgası** (Security Stamp) field of the **Kullanıcı** (User) entity was updated. Role permissions and role
assignments to users are also recorded here; in these rows the entity type may appear with its technical name.
