# Supplier Prices import

> Create and update item × supplier records (supplier's item code, purchase price, minimum order, lead time, main supplier) with an Excel workbook.

Item × supplier: the supplier's item code, purchase price and unit, minimum order, lead time, main supplier and
block. Items and suppliers are loaded **first**. A record is matched by `UrunKodu + TedarikciKodu`; a record not in
the file is not deleted. The price proposal on a purchase order comes from this record; it can also be the basis of
the **opening valuation** after the opening stock.

## Columns

The tables are generated from the same source as the system's **Alan Kılavuzu** (Field Guide) tab. If a column with
**Required: Yes** is left empty, the row becomes **Hatalı** (Invalid). All cells are read as text; `Evet`/`Hayır`
(Yes/No) columns accept no other value, and in a column with a list of allowed values the spelling must match the
list.

### Tedarikçi Fiyatları (Supplier Prices)

Item–supplier records. Created if it does not exist, updated if it does; a record not in the file is not deleted.
Matching: `UrunKodu` + `TedarikciKodu`.

## In the demo package

`09-tedarikci-fiyatlari.xlsx`: main and alternative suppliers, lead time, minimum order; KUTU (box) price for
screws/rivets; one blocked record. **Kontrol Et** (Validate) in the demo installation: 159 rows · Hatalı (Invalid) 0
(1 Güncellenecek (To be updated) — the record was changed on the screen after the package was loaded).

## Common errors

The messages are the same as the text in the system's **Kontrol sonucu** (Validation result) table (`…` is the
variable part).

| UrunKodu ve TedarikciKodu zorunlu. (UrunKodu and TedarikciKodu are required.) | Fill in both key columns. |
| '…' ürünü bulunamadı. (Item '…' was not found.) | Import the item first, or correct the code. |
| '…' iş ortağı bulunamadı. (Business partner '…' was not found.) | Import the supplier record first. |
| TedarikSuresiGun '…' tam gün olmalı. (TedarikSuresiGun '…' must be whole days.) | Enter a whole number (not a decimal). |
