# Ship-to Addresses and Contact Persons import

> Create and update the ship-to addresses and contact persons of business partner records with an Excel workbook.

The business partner's **ship-to addresses** and **contact persons**. The billing address is the record's own
address — it is not in this workbook but in [Business Partner Import](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/veri-aktarimi/is-ortagi-aktarimi). Business
partners are loaded **first**; the workbook finds the records by `CariKod`.

A ship-to address is matched by `CariKod + AdresAdi`, a contact person by `CariKod + Ad`: a second record with the
same name is not created on the same business partner; the existing one is updated. If the business partner has two
records with the same name, the row is invalid because it is unclear which one should be updated.

## Workbook sheets

## Columns

The tables are generated from the same source as the system's **Alan Kılavuzu** (Field Guide) tab. If a column with
**Required: Yes** is left empty, the row becomes **Hatalı** (Invalid). All cells are read as text; `Evet`/`Hayır`
(Yes/No) columns accept no other value, and in a column with a list of allowed values the spelling must match the
list.

### Sevk Adresleri (Ship-to Addresses)

The record's shipping destinations — the billing address is the record's own address, not here. Matching: `CariKod`
+ `AdresAdi`.

## In the demo package

`07-sevk-adresleri-ve-kisiler.xlsx`: 12 ship-to addresses (hotel chain, supermarket warehouses, factories), 96
contact persons. **Kontrol Et** (Validate) in the demo installation: 108 rows · Hatalı (Invalid) 0.

## Common errors

The messages are the same as the text in the system's **Kontrol sonucu** (Validation result) table (`…` is the
variable part).

| Message | Cause and solution |
|---|---|
| CariKod ve AdresAdi zorunlu. (CariKod and AdresAdi are required.) | Both key columns must be filled on the Sevk Adresleri sheet. |
| '…' iş ortağı bulunamadı. (Business partner '…' was not found.) | The code does not exist in the system — import the business partner first, or correct the code. |
| Kartta '…' adıyla iki sevk adresi var — hangisinin güncelleneceği belli değil. (The record has two ship-to addresses named '…' — it is unclear which one to update.) | On the screen, rename one of the addresses with the same name on the record. |
| Varsayilan Evet ya da Hayır olmalı. (Varsayilan must be Evet or Hayır.) | Enter `Evet` or `Hayır`. |
