# Work Centers import

> Create and update production work centers and their individual capacities (machines) with an Excel workbook — before the routings.

The stations where production takes place (machine, labor). The operations of routings are linked to a work
center — this workbook is loaded before **Rotalar** (Routings). The **Bireysel Kapasiteler** (Individual Capacities)
sheet carries the work center's identical named units (machines); the work center's capacity count is derived from
the active units. The file does not delete units.

## Workbook sheets

## Columns

The tables are generated from the same source as the system's **Alan Kılavuzu** (Field Guide) tab. If a column with
**Required: Yes** is left empty, the row becomes **Hatalı** (Invalid). All cells are read as text; `Evet`/`Hayır`
(Yes/No) columns accept no other value, and in a column with a list of allowed values the spelling must match the
list.

### İş Merkezleri (Work Centers)

The work center master record. If the code exists it is updated; otherwise it is created. Matching: `Kod`.

### Bireysel Kapasiteler (Individual Capacities)

The work center's named units — identical machines. If work center code + Kod exists it is updated; otherwise it is
created; the file does not delete. The capacity count is derived from the active units. Matching: `Kod`.

## In the demo package

`03-is-merkezleri.xlsx`: 13 work centers. **Kontrol Et** (Validate) in the demo installation: 13 rows · Hatalı
(Invalid) 0.

## Common errors

The messages are the same as the text in the system's **Kontrol sonucu** (Validation result) table (`…` is the
variable part).

| Message | Cause and solution |
|---|---|
| Tur '…' tanınmadı: … (Tur '…' was not recognized: …) | Enter one of the allowed values given in the message. |
| Durum Aktif ya da Pasif olmalı. (Durum must be Aktif or Pasif.) | Enter `Aktif` or `Pasif`. |
| Üst iş merkezi '…' bulunamadı. (Parent work center '…' was not found.) | Create the parent work center earlier in the same workbook, or correct the code. |
