# Price List Import

> Import price lists, list prices, period/quantity prices, characteristic surcharges, bulk increases/reductions, customer lists, special prices and group discounts with a single workbook.

All of sales pricing in a single workbook, eight sheets. Items and business partners are loaded **first**. For how
the price is proposed on a sales document: [Price lists](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/satis/ekranlar/fiyat-listeleri).

- The **Toplu Değişiklik** (Bulk Change) sheet (increase / reduction) is applied to the list's **explicit** prices,
  **after** the **Fiyatlar** (Prices) sheet. Do not change the same item on both sheets. In the export this sheet is
  empty; its matching is the row order.
- A period price takes precedence over the permanent price; in quantity scales, the highest threshold met applies.
- For a configurable item, line price = list price + the surcharges of the selected values (**Karakteristik
  Farkları** — Characteristic Surcharges).
- **Özel Fiyatlar** (Special Prices) take precedence over the list; one record per customer × item × currency.
- The workbook is this object's template in the system (**Dışa Aktar › Şablonu İndir** — Export › Download
  Template); no separate template is included in the package.

## Workbook sheets

## Columns

The tables are generated from the same source as the system's **Alan Kılavuzu** (Field Guide) tab. If a column with
**Required: Yes** is left empty, the row becomes **Hatalı** (Invalid). All cells are read as text; `Evet`/`Hayır`
(Yes/No) columns accept no other value, and in a column with a list of allowed values the spelling must match the
list.

### Fiyat Listeleri (Price Lists)

The list header. Created if it does not exist, updated if it does. Matching: `Kod`.

| `TemelListe` | No | For a derived list, the code of the base list: an item without an explicit price comes from base price × factor. |  |
| `Katsayi` | No | Required if TemelListe is filled (1,10 = 10% more). |  |

### Fiyatlar (Prices)

The explicit price in the list. The price of an item not in the file is not deleted. Matching: `ListeKodu` +
`UrunKodu`.

### Dönem ve Miktar Fiyatları (Period and Quantity Prices)

A period or quantity scale price. A period price takes precedence over the permanent price; in scales, the highest
threshold met applies. Matching: `ListeKodu` + `UrunKodu` + `MinMiktar` + `Baslangic`.

### Karakteristik Farkları (Characteristic Surcharges)

The option surcharge of a configurable item: line price = list price + the surcharges of the selected values.
Matching: `ListeKodu` + `UrunKodu` + `OzellikKodu` + `DegerKodu`.

### Müşteri Listeleri (Customer Lists)

The customer's price list (business partner record › Sales). Matching: `CariKod`.

## In the demo package

`08-fiyat-listesi-aktarimi.xlsx`: STANDART, BAYI (Standart × 0,85), IHRACAT (EUR); scale and period prices,
characteristic surcharges, a special price, a group discount. **Kontrol Et** (Validate) in the demo installation:
109 rows · Hatalı (Invalid) 0.

## Common errors

The messages are the same as the text in the system's **Kontrol sonucu** (Validation result) table (`…` is the
variable part).

| Yeni listede Ad ve ParaBirimi zorunlu. (Ad and ParaBirimi are required for a new list.) | Fill in both columns for a new list code. |
| '…' fiyat listesi bulunamadı. (Price list '…' was not found.) | Create the list on the Fiyat Listeleri sheet of the same workbook, or correct the code. |
| '…' ürünü bulunamadı. (Item '…' was not found.) | Import the item first. |
| '…' iş ortağı bulunamadı. (Business partner '…' was not found.) | Import the customer record first. |
