# Release a production order

> Release a draft production order — material requirements are frozen from the revision and operations from the routing; no stock movement and no reservation.

  - The order is in **Taslak** (Draft) status.
  - The selected revision is still valid; the work centers in the routing are active.

Releasing hands the order over to the shop floor. Freezing the plan ensures that an order in progress is not disrupted
even if the BOM or routing changes later.

## Steps

1. On the detail of the draft order, click **Yayınla** (Release).

2. In the window, check the order number and the item, and click **Emri Yayınla** (Release Order).

3. If a shortage notice appears above the order (e.g. 'Emir yayınlandı — 1 kalem eksik: HAM-0031 (24,5 KG). Eksik Parça Listesi' (Order released — 1 item missing: HAM-0031 (24.5 KG). Missing Parts List)), cover the shortages by purchasing or stock transfer. A shortage does not block the release.

**Result:** The order becomes **Yayınlandı** (Released): the requirements are copied from the current revision and the operations from the routing, and they are frozen; even if the current BOM changes, the order does not. On the shop floor, **Sarf Kaydet** (Record Consumption), **Teyit Gir** (Enter Confirmation) and **Çıktı Kaydet** (Record Output) can now be used.

## What you need to know

- **Releasing does not create stock movements and does not reserve material.** There is no stock reservation; to bring
  the material to the line, **Malzeme Hazırla** (Stage Material) (a transfer reservation to the supply warehouse) is
  used.
- Requirement = line quantity × (planned ÷ BOM base quantity) × (1 + scrap/100), rounded **up** to the unit's
  precision. For a unit that does not accept fractions (ADET (pcs)), the release is rejected if the result is
  fractional; no silent rounding is done.
- The machine and labor times of the operations scale with the order quantity; the setup time is fixed. A conditional
  operation of the routing (e.g. "Karıştırıcı montajı" (Mixer assembly) only when Karıştırıcı (Mixer) is Var (Yes)) is
  included according to the configuration.
- In the list, you can select several draft orders and release them collectively with **Yayınla** (Release) (at most
  50); the result window shows the result for each order separately.
- The plan of a released order (quantity, revision) does not change; **Böl** (Split) can be used to separate a
  quantity.

### Common messages
