# Enter an operation confirmation > Record the yield and scrap quantity of an operation, the actual setup/machine/labor time and the employees; the final confirmation closes the operation. A confirmation is the shop floor's report that "this much work came out of this operation, and it took this long". Capacity load, labor and scrap reports and OEE are fed by confirmations. ## Steps 1. Click **Teyit Gir** (Enter Confirmation) on the order detail, or **Teyit Gir** on the row in the **Üretim Operasyonları** (Production Operations) worklist. 2. Select the operation to be confirmed from the table (the first open operation is preselected). An operation with a final confirmation cannot be selected. 3. Check the **Teyit tarihi** (Confirmation date). Enter the **Sağlam** (Yield) quantity or click **Kalanı yaz** (Enter remaining); enter the **Fire** (Scrap) quantity, if any. ![Enter Operation Confirmation](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/en/img/screens/uretim/teyit-gir.png) 1. Pick the operation — remaining = planned − (yield + scrap) 2. Yield quantity 3. Fill remaining 4. Scrap quantity 5. Actual times — server proposes when empty 6. Save Confirmation — no stock posting 4. Enter the **Hazırlık (dk)** (Setup, min), **Makine (dk)** (Machine, min) and **İşçilik (dk)** (Labor, min) times. If you leave them empty, the server proposes them from the planned values (grey text is a preview). 5. If necessary, select the employees with **Çalışan ekle** (Add employee). If the operation finishes with this confirmation, check the **Son teyit — operasyon kapanır** (Final confirmation — operation closes) box. 6. Click **Teyidi Kaydet** (Save Confirmation). **Result:** The confirmation is saved with the number **TYD-yyyy-nnnnnn**; the operation's yield/scrap total and actual time increase. If this is the first physical posting, the order becomes **Üretimde** (In Production). **A confirmation does not post stock** — to put the finished product into stock, [record the production output](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/islemler/uretim-ciktisi-kaydetme). ## What you need to know - **Partial confirmation** is allowed: several confirmations can be entered for the same operation during the day; the total **Sağlam / fire** (Yield / scrap) and **Kalan** (Remaining) are updated and the status becomes **Kısmi teyit** (Partially confirmed). When **Son teyit** (Final confirmation) is checked, the status becomes **Son teyit** and the operation drops off the worklist. - Proposed times: setup is the planned setup time on the operation's **first** confirmation; machine and labor are proportional to the confirmed quantity relative to the planned quantity. Example: on UE-2026-000001, the plan for operation 10 is setup 15, machine 60, labor 15 min (3 ADET (pcs)); the actual time of the confirmation entered with 15 + 55 + 16 min was **86 min**. - A confirmation does not enforce the operation sequence; however, if an operation's **in-process inspection** is awaiting a decision, the next operation cannot be confirmed. - A quantity posted to **rework** does not count as yield; a final confirmation cannot be given before the rework is finished. - Cancelling a confirmation: **İptal Et** (Cancel) on the row in the [Operation confirmations](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/ekranlar/operasyon-teyitleri) list (a reason is mandatory).
