# Dispatch an operation to capacity

> Dispatch a production order operation to another day (and workstation) in the Capacity Planning Table, or remove the dispatch.

- **Prerequisites:**
  - The operation belongs to a **released** or **in-production** production order and has not received its final confirmation (the operation of a draft order is created on release).
  - The work center's capacity is defined (if not, an 8-hour weekday is assumed).

Capacity Load only displays; to balance (level) the load, operations are moved one by one to another day in the
Capacity Planning Table. To sequence all open operations at once, use the
[Finite Scheduling](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/ekranlar/kapasite-planlama) proposal.

## Steps

1. On the **Üretim › Kapasite Planlama › Kapasite Yükü** (Production › Capacity Planning › Capacity Load) screen, find the overloaded work center; open the table from its row or from the **Planlama Tablosu** (Planning Table) link in the header.

2. Select the work center in the **İş merkezi** (Work center) field; if necessary, change the window with **Başlangıç** (Start) and **Bitiş** (End).

3. Click **Yerleştir** (Dispatch) on the production order row you want to move.

4. Select the **Başlangıç günü** (Start day); for a work center with workstations, optionally select a **Tezgâh** (Workstation).

5. Click **Yerleştir** (Dispatch) in the window.

   1. Select a work center
   2. Manually dispatched marker
   3. Dispatch — choose the start day
   4. Remove — back to base date

**Result:** The operation starts on the selected day; its end is calculated from the work center's capacity. The subsequent operations of the same order that were not dispatched manually shift accordingly. To undo the dispatch, click **Kaldır** (Remove) → **Kaldır** on the row: the operation is rescheduled from the order's basic dates.

## What you need to know

- Only **production order** operations are dispatched; planned order rows (when **Planlı emirler dâhil** (Include
  planned orders) is on) only show the load.
- A manually dispatched operation stays in place in the next automatic scheduling; the finite scheduling proposal also
  leaves it in place with a grey bar.
- A restricted user can dispatch only the operations of the work centers they are authorized for.
- Demo example: operation 30 "Toz boya" (Powder coating) of order **UE-2026-000007** was dispatched to 05.11.2026 at
  the BOYA work center.
