# Production orders

> Production order list and order details — statuses, what can be done in each status, tabs, consumption/output/confirmation and stock effects.

A production order is a work order that states **with which BOM revision** and **in what quantity** a product is to be
produced. The order is created as a draft; when it is **released**, its material requirements and operations are
frozen; then material is consumed on the shop floor, operations are confirmed, the finished product enters stock as
output, the order is completed and, finally, closed for good.

> **Plan and actuals are read separately**
The order status is not derived from the quantity produced. Even if the full planned quantity is produced, the order
does not automatically become **Tamamlandı** (Completed); completion is a separate command. Conversely, an order that
falls short of the plan can also be completed.

## List

**Üretim › Üretim Yürütme › Üretim Emirleri** (Production › Production Execution › Production Orders) shows all
orders.

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Emir No** (Order No.) | `UE-yyyy-nnnnnn`. Clicking it opens the order details. |
| **Üretilen Ürün** (Product Produced) | The output item's code and name. |
| **Durum** (Status) | One of the six statuses below. |
| **Planlanan** · **Üretilen** (Planned · Produced) | The order's planned quantity and the quantity for which output has been posted so far (in the output unit). |
| **Revizyon** (Revision) | The BOM revision the order is based on; an order without a BOM shows **Ağaçsız** (Without BOM). |
| **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) | The work center the order is planned for; if not entered, **Kaydedilmedi** (Not recorded). |
| **Planlanan Bitiş** · **Yayın Tarihi** (Planned End · Release Date) | The planning date and the day the order was released. |

- The **Ara** (Search), **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) and **Durum** (Status) filters narrow the list.
- **Yeni Üretim Emri** (New Production Order) creates an order from a BOM:

- **Ağaçsız Emir** (Order Without BOM) creates an order for an item that has no BOM; you enter the components yourself,
  and the components are not scaled when the quantity changes.
- You can select draft orders in the list and release them in bulk with **Yayınla** (Release). The other lifecycle
  commands are not in the list; they are performed in the order details.

## Statuses and available actions

The step line at the top of the order shows the sequence **Taslak → Yayınlandı → Üretimde → Tamamlandı → Kapatıldı**
(Draft → Released → In Production → Completed → Closed) and the date of each step. **İptal** (Cancelled) is a separate
end state.

- There is no button that moves an order from **Yayınlandı** (Released) to **Üretimde** (In Production): the order
  becomes **Üretimde** automatically with the first consumption, output or confirmation.
- **Tamamla** (Complete) is shown only on an order in **Üretimde** status for which at least one **output** and at
  least one **material consumption** have been posted. If there is output but no consumption, the button is replaced
  by "Tamamlamak için en az bir malzeme sarfı gerekir." (At least one material consumption is required to complete.)
  Incomplete consumption (falling short of the plan) does not prevent completion.
- If the order has an **open failed backflush**, the server rejects completion: first retry it or close it with a
  reason on the [Failed backflushes](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/ekranlar/hatali-geri-sarflar) screen.
- **İptal Et** (Cancel) is available on draft, released and in-production orders; if there is consumption or output
  that has not been reversed, the server rejects it — make a [correction](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/islemler/sarf-cikti-duzeltme) first.
- Buttons are shown according to permissions: lifecycle commands require `erp-manufacturing-orders.edit`, and
  consumption/output/confirmation require `erp-manufacturing-postings.create`; neither includes the other.

The header shows the order number, status badge, output item and revision. If the order was opened from a sales order,
the line **Satış siparişi SS-… · müşteri (stok tahsisli)** (Sales order SS-… · customer (stock allocated)) appears
below it: when the output enters stock, it is allocated to that sales order item and cannot be shipped on another
document.

> **How the requirement quantity is calculated**
Requirement = BOM line quantity × (planned quantity ÷ base output quantity of the BOM) × (1 + component scrap / 100),
rounded **up** to the decimal precision of the unit. Example: on **UE-2026-000001**, 3 ADET (pieces) of MAM-0010 were
planned; the BOM has HAM-0030 18 KG with 5% scrap → 18 × 3 × 1.05 = **56.7 KG**. For a configurable product, only the
lines whose condition is met are included and formula quantities are calculated: [Conditions](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/kosullar).

### Other buttons

| **Çıktı** (Print) | Print output of the order (PDF). |
| **Böl** (Split) | On a draft or released order, splits part of the quantity off into a **new draft order** with the same BOM and dates. On a released order, the requirements and operations are scaled to the remaining quantity. An order with consumption, output, confirmations, an external processing requisition or by-product receipts, an order without a BOM and a linked sub-order cannot be split. |
| **Tarihleri Planla** (Schedule Dates) | **Planlanan başlangıç** (Planned start) and **Planlanan bitiş** (Planned end). Does not post stock; MRP writes the component requirements to the start date and the output to the end date. |
| **Malzeme Hazırla** (Stage Material) | Opens a transfer reservation from the source warehouse to the work center's **supply warehouse**; the warehouse picks the goods from the reservation. Only on released/in-production orders. |
| **Malzeme Talebi** (Material Requisition) | Opens the purchase requisition form with this order preselected (`erp-procurement-requisitions.create`). |

## Stock effects — summary

| Posting | Stock effect |
|---|---|
| Creating, releasing an order | None. Does not allocate material or make reservations; release only freezes the requirement list. |
| **Sarf Kaydet** (Post Consumption) | The component is **issued immediately** from the selected warehouse/storage location/stock status. |
| **Teyit Gir** (Enter Confirmation) | Does not post stock; records the operation's good/scrap quantity and times. |
| **Çıktı Kaydet** (Post Output) | The finished product **enters** the selected warehouse; components flagged for backflush are issued at the same time with a separate consumption document. On an order linked to a sales order, the finished product enters stock allocated to that sales order item. |
| **Tamamla** (Complete) | Does not post new stock; stock allocated to this order from sub-orders and not consumed is released. |
| Correction | A consumption correction returns the component to stock; an output correction removes the finished product from stock. |

## Common messages
