# Routings and master recipes

> Routing (operation plan) and master recipe list, the create form, revisions, draft and release, operation fields, external processing and production resources/tools.

A routing states **how and where** an item is produced: the sequence of operations, each operation's
[work center](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/ekranlar/is-merkezleri), setup/machine/labor time and scrap. When a production order is
released, the operations of the published routing are copied to the order; capacity load, operation confirmations and
the cost estimate read these operations.

A **master recipe** has the same structure but is used for process manufacturing: operations are called **phases**,
work centers are called **resources**, and an order released with a master recipe becomes a process order. Both use
the same screens; the **Ana Reçeteler** (Master Recipes) list shows only records of the master recipe type.

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Çıktı kartı** (Output item) | The item the routing produces. Clicking it opens the routing details. |
| **Tür** (Type) | **Rota** (Routing) or **Ana reçete** (Master recipe). |
| **Alternatif** (Alternative) | The item's routing alternative (Alt. 1, Alt. 2…) and its name. |
| **Parti büyüklüğü** (Lot size) | The quantity range in which the alternative is valid; blank = any quantity. |
| **Yayındaki revizyon** (Published revision) | The most recently published revision. |
| **Revizyon** (Revisions) | Number of revisions. |

Filters **Ara** (Search) and **Tür** (Type). The **Üretim Versiyonları** (Production Versions) link goes to the BOM and
routing pairing. **Dışa Aktar** / **İçe Aktar** (Export / Import) transfer routings in bulk with an Excel workbook.

## How the routing alternative is selected

- If the item has a [production version](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/ekranlar/uretim-versiyonlari), the routing comes from the version (if
  the routing in the version is blank, the order is opened without operations).
- If there is no version, the order's routing is selected from the **lowest-numbered** alternative that covers the
  quantity.

| **Tür** (Type; required) | **Rota** (Routing) or **Ana reçete** (Master recipe). Cannot be changed after saving. |
| **Çıktı kartı** (Output item; required) | Produced items only; an inactive item cannot be selected. If the item already has a routing, the new routing becomes the next alternative (the alternative number is assigned on save). |
| **Rota adı** (Routing name) | The alternative's name (e.g. "Seri hat" — Series line). |
| **Parti büyüklüğü** (Lot size) | Minimum – maximum, in the item's base unit; blank = any quantity. |
| **Temel miktar** (Base quantity; required) | Standard values are entered for this quantity; greater than zero. |

### Operations table

| Column | Rule |
|---|---|
| **Operasyon** (Operation) | Number 1–9999, unique within the routing. **Operasyon Ekle** (Add Operation) assigns the next number (in steps of 10). At least 1, at most 99 operations. |
| **Açıklama** (Description) | The operation's name. |
| **İş merkezi** (Work center; required) | An active work center; an inactive work center cannot be selected. |
| **Kontrol anahtarı** (Control key) | **İç işlem** (Internal processing) or **Dış işlem** (External processing, subcontracting). For external processing, select a **Dış işlem hizmet kartı** (External processing service item; a purchased service item); a service item cannot be selected for internal processing. |
| **Hazırlık (dk)** (Setup, min) | Fixed setup time; not scaled by quantity on the order. |
| **Makine (dk)**, **İşçilik (dk)** (Machine, Labor, min) | Per base quantity; scaled by quantity on the order. Times are 0 or positive, at most two decimals. |
| **Fire (%)** (Scrap, %) | Operation scrap, between 0 and 100 (100 excluded). Increases the quantity to be processed by the preceding operations. |

Icons at the end of the row:

- **Kalıp/aparat** (Production resource/tool) — the operation's production resource/tool (PRT) and **Birim başına
  kullanım** (Usage per unit). Operations that require the same tool do not overlap in the schedule. Cannot be assigned
  if the Maintenance module is disabled.
- **Seçim koşulu ve formüller** (Selection condition and formulas) — only in the routing of a configurable item:
  **Seçim koşulu** (Selection condition; in which configuration the operation is included, e.g.
  `KONTROL_TIPI IN ('PLC')`) and **Hazırlık formülü (dk)** (Setup formula, min), **Makine formülü (dk)** (Machine

- **Kaldır** (Remove) — deletes the operation.

**Rotayı Kaydet** (Save Routing; for a master recipe **Ana Reçeteyi Kaydet**, Save Master Recipe) saves the routing
with revision 1 as **Taslak** (Draft).

The upper section shows **Çıktı kartı** (Output item), **Tür** (Type), **Alternatif** (Alternative), **Parti
büyüklüğü** (Lot size) and **Temel birim** (Base unit). **Başlığı Düzenle** (Edit Header) changes the routing name and
lot size. The **Revizyonlar** (Revisions) table: **Revizyon** (Revision; **Etkin** (Effective) next to the one valid
today), **Durum** (Status), **Temel miktar** (Base quantity), **Operasyon** (number of operations), **Yayın**
(Release), **Geçerlilik** (Validity), **Değişiklik No** (Change No.). The operations of the selected revision are
listed below.

| **Taslağı Düzenle** (Edit Draft) | On a draft revision | Changes the operations and base quantity (**Taslağı Kaydet**, Save Draft). |
| **Yayınla** (Publish) | On a draft revision | The **Rota revizyonu yayınlansın mı?** (Publish routing revision?) window: optional **Değişiklik numarası** (Change number), **Revizyonu Yayınla** (Publish Revision). |
| **Yeni Revizyon** (New Revision) | When there is no draft | The **Yeni Revizyon** (New Revision) window opens prefilled with the operations of the highest-numbered revision; **Revizyonu Oluştur** (Create Revision) saves a draft. |

### Revision statuses

| Status | Meaning | Actions |
|---|---|---|
| **Taslak** (Draft) | The revision being prepared; a routing can have only one draft at a time. | **Taslağı Düzenle** (Edit Draft), **Yayınla** (Publish). |
| **Yayınlandı** (Published) | The finalized operation plan; it does not change. | None — changes are made with **Yeni Revizyon** (New Revision). |

A revision published with a change number is valid from the number's validity date; one published without a number is
valid from today. Validity follows the revision sequence.

## Common messages

| Message | English meaning | Cause / solution |
